I am very impressed with Exquisite pet Transportation!! They were great with sharing the location consistently of where they were. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this courier highly enough. My kittens are not just pets—they are precious to me, and trusting someone else with them was a huge leap of faith. From the very beginning, he made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. He was incredibly communicative, answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the trip, and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I want to be honest and say that I was incredibly nervous going into this. I had never used a courier service before, and trusting someone I had never met with something as precious as my kittens was difficult for me. What made this experience even more unique is that the trust went both ways. He was trusting me just as much as I was trusting him. We were both putting our faith in someone we had never met, and that says a lot about the character of a person. This was a 10-hour round trip, and he handled everything with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. What impressed me most was not just his reliability, but his personality. He is simply a genuinely good person who clearly cares about the animals he transports and the people who trust him with them. Throughout the entire journey, I felt like my kittens were in safe hands. Words cannot express how grateful I am for We're Haulin' and Alvin. When Rita was picked up, I was in tears. I was going through one of the hardest moments of my life — moving to a new city alone, leaving everything behind — and handing my baby girl over to a stranger was absolutely terrifying. But Alvin was so incredibly sweet and kind. He didn't just pick up my dog — he took the time to comfort me. His warmth and reassurance in that moment meant more than he will ever know. From the second Rita was in his care, the updates never stopped. Photos of her on the road, updates on their location, little moments that showed me she was safe, loved, and well taken care of. Every single message eased my heart and reminded me that Rita was in the best possible hands. After 72 hours on the road — through rain, traffic, and long miles — Rita arrived in Mission, Texas happy, healthy, and with her tail wagging. The reunion was everything. If you are ever in a situation where you need to trust someone with your fur baby — especially over a long distance — choose We're Haulin'. Alvin and his team are not just transporters. Just completed drop off f a half cross country trip with our three dogs. The service was spectacular! Our littlest guy a Beagle got carsick pretty much from departure. They stopped so many times along the way with updates, to clean him up and even to get him medicine twice. Awesome experience with ADL! Great communication, let you know when your bike was picked up, and keep you in the know where your bike is with GPS tracking. Driver was great! Ryan is nice, but we had some issues. We booked a family ride for 3 kitties and a dog. We were assured our animals would be cared for as a family. He told me other transport companies would promise solo rides and switch. Well, at the last minute, Ryan told me he was bringing another dog. I agreed ( had no choice because he told me) because my dog is great with all animals. Logistics were great and we were happy until Ryan arrived. Not only was his car full of stuff and in pretty bad condition, but the other dog bared his teeth and growled at our dog (a puppy btw). The dog continued this behavior and then snapped at our dog. Additonally, there was little room for our dog and the cats, especially since our dog would then need to be kenneled the whole trip due to the other dog's behavior. We also had no clue if the dog would be OK around cats as he had never been around cats. Why bring a dog on a trip that hasn't been around cats and who is growling at other dogs? He even admitted that the dog had growled at his dog! I continually became uneasy and my concerns were met with dismissal. This man does not transport cats and you can tell. What if that dog killed my cat? What if that dog hurt my dog? Unacceptable! We had to send him on his way without my animals. I am so very upset as I am now without the $360 deposit I paid him for no service. No apology and no remorse. I do not think I am unreasonable about the situation.
