I canât recommend Gina enough! I needed transportation on very short notice, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Communication was excellent, with quick responses and regular. I had such a great sense peace of mind throughout the trip. My dog was transported safely, and it was obvious that great care was taken every step of the way. The vehicle was spotless, the service was reliable, and I truly appreciated the kindness and respect shown during the entire experience. Michael and his driver, Dawn, were amazing from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the moment I booked, and Dawn kept me updated throughout the entire trip. She handled all three of my dogs with patience, confidence, and genuine care. My dogs can be difficult at times and donât always get along, but she managed them with ease and professionalism. Moving from Northern California to Florida was already stressful, and knowing my dogs were in such good hands made the entire process so much easier. Melissa was absolutely amazing transporting my dog from Portland to Texas! Moving is already stressful enough, and trusting someone with my dog for such a long trip was a huge deal for me, but Melissa made the entire process so easy. She kept me updated throughout the trip, took great care of him, and I could tell he was completely comfortable with her. My dog is a giant Doberman, so he can definitely be intimidating to some people, but Melissa handled him with confidence and treated him like her own. Iâm so grateful I found her and would 100% trust her to transport him again. I canât recommend Melissa enough!

We could not have asked for a better experience than the one Ryan gave us transporting Xavier, from Brandon, Mississippi, to San Francisco. Xavier was still recovering from surgery and needed extra care (a little help in and out of the vehicle, daily medication) and Ryan handled it all, asking appropriate questions along the way to ensure that Xavier got what he needed. This was our second time having Xavier transported cross-country, so we knew how stressful it could be to put our sweet dog into a vehicle with a stranger. Ryan put us at ease right away, asking good questions before meeting Xavier then providing us with frequent check-ins and reassuring video updates. Seeing Xavier safe, relaxed, and clearly well cared for meant so much to us. Canât say enough about Ryanâs communication. He notices the smallest details, takes the best videos, and we could tell that he truly loves the animals in his care. We would recommend him without hesitation and would absolutely trust him with Xavier again! Absolutely agree with the otherâs comments here, especially âHe is a gentle soul who our dog trusted upon meeting him.â and âThank you, Ryan, for going above and beyond and for treating my dog like family.â
