Mindy was amazing!!! She messaged me so fast on setting up arrangements and stayed in close touch. Throughout the transport I received photos, gps tracking, and updates. My dog was going to my sister and dad and she kept in touch with them as well to ensure he could get home safely. I was so nervous about this experience but so glad I moved forward with booking this. A lot of messages I got from others said I couldn’t send a bag and dog food bag but Mindy had no problem with that. I can’t believe she got him there so fast with such a long drive. If you need someone to transport your pet she is the best!

Do not book this transport service. She arrived 8 hours late, did not leave the destination when she stated she would, ended up handing off our dog to a different transport service without informing us, and then the dog arrived two whole days past the designated arrival date. Complete lack of transparency, will ask you for payment upfront and then just hand your dog off to someone else when she doesn’t want to complete the ride. Absolute disgrace.

Animus Transit and the staff members are very professional and customer service was phenomenal! The timeline for picking up my dog (Teddy) was right on time and updated me with photos everyday for long travel from Palm Springs Florida to California! Michael, the driver Coordinator did an excellent job taking good care of Teddy. It was a very successful journey from start to finish and would highly recommend Animus Transport! My dog flew from Australia to LA and she had to go for a 4 days road trip a day after for her to get to where I am. I was extremely worried as she also did a long flight right before. Terry was so helpful and kind the whole 4 days. He made sure she got her walk every 4hrs, never missed sharing the location and updates on how she is doing. My dog came home to me happy and healthy. I would definately come back and use Terry's service again if I get a chance. Thank you Terry you were amazing!!

Absolutely 💯 recommend TLC Travels for pet transportation. She sent updates and photos every leg of their journey! I live in Wyoming, so finding anyone willing to fly to Denver and then into our little airport in Wyoming is hard to find. Traci didn’t even question my request!
