TLDR: DO NOT book with this company. Horrible timeline communication (made another stop 3 states out of the way), threatened seizing communication, teaches bad puppy manners, and terrible payment requirements. I wish I paid more for another company. If I could give zero stars, I would. I always fill out surveys and almost always give 5 stars for everything so it takes a LOT to not get 5 stars from me. I have NEVER given a 1 star review until now. They will not deliver within their estimated timeframe and don't communicate changes in the estimated delivery range until you ask even when it's supposed to be the next day. They scheduled another pickup over 3 states away leading to a huge delay in getting my 13 week old puppy. A trip that should only have taken 7 days max if only driving 6 hours per day took them 11 days. They also didn't communicate the delay until I asked if they were still planning to drop her off within the original estimate. They quoted weather but when further questioned, revealed it was due to a pickup in Texas. They should have communicated as soon as they decided to book that pick up that there would be a large delay. Better yet, they shouldn't add a pickup that's 3 states away when you're transporting a 13 week old puppy. They also will threaten to seize communications until 2 hours before delivery if you question their delays. In this case, Google showed a road was closed. However, the DOT live website showed that exact road closure had exits open to use as the road while it's closed. So because they don't want to use the most accurate route information, they get further delayed. They either purposely say the dog will arrive sooner than they expect to try to make owners happy when they know they can't possibly make that timeframe. Or they aren't looking up trip timelines using Google maps and are winging their estimates. They had a delivery estimate of Thursday - Friday. I asked on Tuesday what day it was looking like and they couldn't say but end of week still looked good. I learned Wednesday that they weren't even half-way due to the Texas pickup that day (as if they didn't know that when I asked the day prior?). They then said Sunday or Monday. I then have to ask Saturday if it's looking like Sunday and learn it should be Monday. Sunday they say Monday evening (I had to ask again). Monday they say it will be Tuesday morning. And then later say Tuesday early afternoon. Tuesday comes around and I have to ask after 3pm to get an update on ETA and they say 7:30pm. They don't arrive until 8pm. I would have been less frustrated if they were upfront about their timelines in the first place. However, they likely lie so people don't book someone else who can actually deliver on time. They send videos morning and night which is a plus but I noticed she was letting my puppy bite her hand. I know she was teething but I don't appreciate teaching my dog to chew on people. I'm hoping she didn't learn other bad habits. Finally, they only accept Zelle, Google pay, or Cash App for payment which is pretty sketchy. I chose Zelle but it has limits of $500/day and I had to call my bank every day to say it wasn't fraud because the payments needed to go through in time for the pickup date. The ONLY good things were morning and evening video updates and she bought my puppy a nylon bone to help with teething.

Best communication EVER as he constantly was sending pictures, videos, and updates along the trip. He also was very safe as he made frequent stops and stayed at motels along the way. Absolutely a 5 star! The very BEST! I am definitely going to use him in future!
