Wow! This was a long trip! Also, this is our first time using this platform and I am beyond satisfied. Leani and her Husband are so awesome. Videos, pictures and communication along the way exceeds any expectation I had. They checked in with any concern or question about Asher. They were prompt with timing and ensured his safety was priority. They set a goal for time, distance and did not disappoint. I am especially thankful for flexiblity during drop off. I was skeptical of having my 150lb puppy shipped 1,000 miles to our new home, but because of his size, shipping was the only option- and thank God. I have never used citizen shipper before, but the process was seamless, the whole ordeal went through flawlessly. From setting the route and times, to getting quotes- super simple. Little Paws Empire was one of many quotes we received, the price was fair, and their reviews were excellent. From our first communication, everything was easy, professional, and respectful. We agreed on a date, then a time. They were super easy to navigate the logistical nightmare of transporting my Boerboel puppy. They showed up, and dropped off exactly when we agreed upon. They shared location the entire journey, sent a plethora of pictures, videos, and status updates the entire way. My dog arrived happy and healthy and super excited to be in his new home. I cannot reccommend these ladies any higher. 5 star service. A+ EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. If you get a quote from them, accept immediately, your animal deserves it.
