DO NOT BOOK! LISTEN TO THE OTHER PPL IN THE REVIEWS ABOUT CANCELATIONS! SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BLAME IT ON A FAMILY EMERGENCY!!!! Jennifer showed up on to pick up the puppy I thought was ready but the breeder disnt have health certificate. (I didnt know this at the time and I guess the puppy was a few days under age..I didnt know this either so this was my own fault). Jennifer told me that she could pick up the puppy back up on in 3 days when he was 8 weeks I also had the breeder get his health certificate. He was ready to go, she canceled for Wednesday. Then told me she would get him Thursday...cancelled again, then told me friday morning then friday evening... then said friday morning 8am ...then canceled again today. Told me it was a "family emergency" (she has used this in the past! If you read reviews) . It was my own fault bc she has past reviews of doing the same exact thing.

She was great at explaining all the ins and outs of the process of securing transport and all the fees and made it all easy to understand. She was extremely accommodating about being able to pick up our Cockapoo and kept us informed every step of the way during some difficult weather challenges. She’s an obvious animal lover and was able to give our skittish pup tender loving care on a trip that stretched from western Wisconsin to Rhode Island. I would highly recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate for a heartbeat to hire her again.
