Our original driver had to cancel at the last minute because of an emergency. Thankfully, they stepped in and completely saved the situation, helping us make our flight as planned. Our driver, Lisa, was amazing. Throughout the entire trip, she kept us updated with GPS tracking, photos, and videos, so we always knew where our pets were and how they were doing. That gave us so much peace of mind during a very stressful move. We transported our dog and our parrots, and it was clear they were well taken care of the whole time. They all arrived safely and in great condition.
