I could not have ask for a smoother process. I was notified by the seller of our boat that it was picked up with care, and I can confirm it was delivered with that same care. K&M was in constant communication with me throughout the delivery process with notifications as he went through every state from Florida to Maryland. I am very happy i entrusted K&M with our boat transport and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing transport services. I will definitely be keeping his number.

We had a wonderful experience with Shalindra transporting our 8 week old puppy from Washington to California. She was professional, punctual, and extremely communicative throughout the entire trip. She provided frequent updates, shared her location, and kept us informed every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. What we appreciated most was the care and thoughtfulness she showed toward our puppy. She made sure he was never left alone in the car during her stops, and because he was only 8 weeks old and not fully vaccinated, she was careful not to place him on the ground. She also ensured he stayed hydrated and kept him comfortable with both a blanket and a sheet, allowing him to cuddle in and adjust based on his comfort and temperature. When she arrived, it was clear how well he had been cared for. He was very attached to her and comfortable in her presence, which spoke volumes about the kindness and attention she gave him throughout the trip. It was clear that she genuinely cared about his safety and well being during the journey. He arrived safe, calm, and well cared for. We are truly grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and reliability, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing pet transportation.

I was extremely nervous about sending my dog Koa on such a long journey from Hawaii to Virginia, especially after a past bad experience, but Whitney made all the difference. She was kind, patient, and very understanding throughout the entire process. Knowing Koa was in her care—especially during pickup from IAD—gave me so much peace of mind. He arrived safely, and I could tell she genuinely looked out for him. I truly can’t thank Whitney enough for making such a stressful situation easier.
