Such an amazing experience! She took such care of our 8week 2lb puppy whom traveled over 700 miles. I was able to track the route the entire time and lovely pictures and updates along the way. Canât recommend her enough!!!

Very nice person for small dog transport. Too many dogs in the car with our dogs. Very sparce communication and no location update provided until well over 24 hours late. Delivery should have been after 26 to 40 hours but took 4 days.

Communication was excellent from before pickup to delivery, the location updates, notes and photos were helpful and made us feel as ease. Would highly recommend him for transporting your pet! I booked the delivery. On the day the driver was supposed to pick up the shipment, he asked for the payment upfront. When I told him that I would pay upon delivery, he stopped responding and did not answer my messages or calls. He let both the sender and me down and didnât even notify us that he was no longer going to fulfill his delivery commitment.

Jessica was FANTASTIC!!! She was incredibly responsive and informative leading up to the pickup, working around my schedule to find dates that worked best for the both of us. She was so communicative on the trip, giving us plenty of updates throughout. She accommodated all my requests and clearly treated my cat as one of her own. Jessica was easy to work with, professional, and all together a joy to do business with. This transport was a nightmare. Breeders do not use them for your puppies. My puppy was completely healthy for 8 weeks in my possession. Received vaccination and deworming before he left my property. Had no history of seizures. Parents had no history of seizures. My puppy spent a few hours with this lady and sheâs reporting he had a seizure. I asked her for details on how this happened and she refused to give an explanation. She refused to send videos of the puppy. She complained about me not sending food when she advertised that she provided food. I asked her to bring the puppy back to me and she didnât want to. Malinois pups are extremely active and can be annoying to someone that doesnât know how to handle them. I have 2 of his litter mates right now and neither one of them had a seizure. The only difference between them and the puppy being transported is the person caring for the puppies. Get out of the puppy transportation business if you canât provide customers with a safe, peaceful and professional experience! His litter mates are completely fine while heâs having a seizure. Doesnât make any sense. I donât feel that your puppies are safe in this ladyâs possession. Your puppy can leave healthy and end up at the vet for something that has never happened before. Please be careful and choose your transporters wisely.
