I too have been sitting here reading the reviews thinking to myself—should I really send my family member with a stranger? Don’t think twice about this guy. He’s nice as can be, communicates well, and is a total animal lover. He stopped a countless amount of times to let the dogs out to use the bathroom. Rick transported my dog from Chicago down to Hilton Head, South Carolina, and the entire experience was outstanding. He kept me updated the whole way, sending plenty of pictures and videos, which made a huge difference and gave me real peace of mind. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he’s transporting. Overall, just a super loving, trustworthy guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Sharessa took our 2 kitties across the country from Texas to NYC. She kept us up on her progress and with any questions along the way. She even organizes having soft claws put before delivery. As the owner of Beam’s Beagles, I was blessed with a beautiful litter of puppies in January of this year. When it came time for them to go home, one of my new puppy owners asked if her puppy could be delivered via ground carrier, something I had never done before. Good Dog recommended I contact Citizen Shipper to find the best carriers, so I went to their website and made a listing. I received several bids, but one in particular got my attention – Peace Love Paws Pet Nanny Services. I accepted that bid and received a message from her right away. I was nervous about this new situation, but Emi immediately put me at ease. She shared all her credentials and explained her excellent business practices and then we exchanged info for pickup and delivery. When Emi came for pick-up, I was delighted to see that this pup was going on a VIP trip with an absolutely amazing Private Pet Nanny. He received the best of care along the entire journey and it was all documented with lots of texts, pictures, and love. Emi truly is everything her business name implies. I just can’t say enough good things about her, and I highly recommend her above and beyond services to everyone.

Like others, I have never used anything like this before. I don't even have the words of how happy I am with Kris. She talked me through the process and was in contact with me throughout her LONG trip with picturesand videos. Zion arrived happy and healthy. I would noy hesitate to use her again and would recommend her to anyone looking to have their furry family member transported. Even though it was a long day for her, she kept pushing through and delivered him when she said she would. Thank you so much!
