This was the first time I use this type of service. I was nervous about it, however everything went incredibly well! The driver was super flexible, we had some issues to get to the drop off location on time due to plane cancellations, I had to make arrangements in a pet hotel and the driver was so kind to drop off my dog there, all this changes last minute. All the time he was in communication with me and giving me updates and sending me photos of my dog. Iâm so happy and satisfied with all the service. My dog is a 130 pound Great Dane.

Lisa was INCREDIBLE!!! She kept in close contact with me every step of the way. My puppy had worms and an upset tummy when she picked him up from the breeder and she went out of her way to pick up medicine for him and help him feel better. 10/10 please use her!!

My experience with AVL was really good. They provided a fair bid and were able to answer my questions quickly before I accepted the bid. Upon accepting the bid, they promptly provided me directions for pick up. Pick up through drop off was nice and they even provided photos/ updates of my pupâs experience. Additionally, the day of delivery I was provided frequent eta updates.
