Communication was horrible. Even CitizenShipper couldnāt get ahold of them to give us an accurate eta. 23 hours for a 7 drive and. No math could make sense of that. They gave trackers that didnāt work until CitizenShipper had to get to them to get to us. They were incredibly rude when I asked for an update. Be careful when you ask when delivery will beā¦ they will bypass and pressure you to book for answer then they never give you an eta. I only recommend them if you donāt care where your transport is or when itāll arriving and you just want a delivery sometime in your lifetime. 2 person team 3x the amount of of time it takes to get to a destination. After hounding them unfortunately and having CitizenShipper come in we found out 15 hours later they were only 2 hours from the pick up going to opposite way from the drop off location. One good take away is they did deliverā¦23 hours later.Breeders do not send your puppies with these people.. just stick to boxes. They said they were going to Boston but failed to tell me there were 6 or 7 stops until the morning after they picked up. I accepted that they had something scheduled, being flexible that they need sleep and to finish their prior obligations. I asked them if 4 pm would be a good estimate after they showed their stops they had the next morning and they said āaround thenā. Interpretation.. 6.5 hours later. Not a single picture the 2nd day without us getting CitizenShipper to get them to get us one. Best take away they did deliver.. next time just pay more money for more experience with good reviews.A Hot Shot company shouldnāt be handling puppies just boxes. Amazon would love them for sure. I would hire Eric for boxes not puppies. Thank you CitizenShipper for helping us.. they didnāt even listen to you guys.
