At this point the only thing I can say is ADL is full of false advertising and lies. My car will be reported as stolen in about 4 hours if I continue to be ghosted. A full review will be updated later for all to see, but if my car arrives safely it's very different than if I have to go a police report route so perhaps a review exposing your poor communication and lack of updates will urge you to do something.

I cannot recommend Jullaney enough for pet transport services. She brought my dog Cookie all the way from California to West Virginia with so much care, love, and professionalism. Her pricing was incredibly fair, and she was so accommodating to every need we had to make the process smooth and stress‑free. Throughout the entire trip, she kept me updated with photos, videos, and even shared her Life360 location, which gave me so much peace of mind. It truly felt like Cookie was being treated as if she were her own dog. Cookie arrived safely, happy, and in great spirits to my best friend — and I couldn’t be more grateful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you so much, Jullaney, for your kindness and exceptional service.

Trisha was absolutely amazing! We originally hired her to transport just one of our dogs. However, when we arrived at the airport, the airline suddenly placed an embargo and denied my dog from flying with me from Maui to Las Vegas. I called Trisha and without hesitation she stepped in to help. She kindly agreed to take both of my dogs, accommodated the unexpected change, flew them with her, and then personally drove from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to drop them off directly at our home. Her flexibility, reliability, and genuine care for our dogs meant everything to us during a very stressful situation. I can’t recommend Trisha enough—she truly went above and beyond.

Casey was absolutely wonderful! We had a car full of birddogs and a cat transported from Georgia to Idaho. She was super communicative and gave us several updates throughout the day with pictures/video. Unfortunately, our Boykin got into something right before they left, so he had some diarrhea during the trip: Casey took great care of him by giving him supplements to help his stomach and made sure he stayed hydrated. Besides his issue, things really could not have gone better! Highly recommend! Thank you Casey😊

Jacob loves dogs and did above and beyond for a last minute heartbreaking transport situation. He even took Big Red to a dog friendly hotel overnight when something unexpected occurred at the fault of the shelter. Jacob is extremely kind hearted. Your pets are safe with him.

My daughter and I recently moved from Delaware to Arizona, driving cross-country with two dogs and two people in our Subaru, we had no room to take our cat in the same car without making her absolutely miserable! I hired J & J to transport Tink, and she could not have been in better hands. Sean flew into Philadelphia, rented a car to drive out to pick her up at the boarding facility where we left her, stayed overnight with her in a hotel, and then flew her to us in Phoenix. On the way from Philly to Phoenix, their connecting flight was cancelled, forcing an overnight stay in Dallas, but Sean kept us fully informed every step of the way. He was always very pleasant to deal with, good natured (even funny) despite the delay, and sent us many pictures of Tink "owning the place" in the hotels, going through TSA, and even just after boarding the plane! I felt totally at ease about her safety and well being the entire time. I strongly recommend J & J pet transport services (Sean and his wife) and would use them again in a heartbeat!

My partner and I could not begin to speak on how incredible AdventureTails did in not only taking care of our five anxious cats going on a whole cross country trip, but us as their INCREDIBLY anxious pet parents 🤣 Ally and Hannah and their marvelous copilot were very very kind, communicative, and compassionate. You could tell from the start when we were trying to herd the cats into their carriers that they love this work and they truly care about the welfare of the animals. They went above and beyond in allowing us to tuck in a few creature comforts for the kitties to help them stay soothed (a few blankets and some toys) they even were SO KIND as to wash them at one of the stops they made along the way! A+H sent pictures of the babies along the trip and allowed us the comfort of seeing their progress via Life360 which did worlds to soothe us human types 💕 Along with all that, one of our cats is special needs and requires medication and closer monitoring and they both took it in stride with no stress! These two truly are an incredible team and we cannot recommend them enough! We are so deeply thankful for all of their help and fully recommend them from the bottom of our hearts. If they can handle 5 cats and 2 helicopter kitty parents, they can do anything 🥰🥰🥰
