I booked with Sean; however, due to circumstances beyond either of our control, I had to cancel. But, I will say he communicates efficiently and expediently and was very receptive to all the requests from the breeder had the transport transpired. Thank you Sean! Will definitely recommend you to anyone needing a transport.

Darby was the best we could have ever hoped for. She was timely and went over and above to get our Daisy Jane safely and punctually to us even though the her rental car agency threw a huge roadblock into her travel plans, she thought outside the box and used a UBER on her own "Dime" to insure she made the delivery on time. I cannot say enough for the effort she put forth for us. She followed up promptly and keep us informed of her progress with texts and pictures. I would say to anyone, give this lady a call if you want excellent results.

I had a disappointing experience with this service from beginning to end. I specifically chose private transport for my two senior cats to minimize stress during a move from New York to Florida. I had previously used another pet transportation provider for my move from Florida to New York and had an excellent experience, but unfortunately they were unavailable during my needed timeframe. I chose Haund Haulers over other options because they requested documentation that other companies did not, which gave the impression of being thorough and professional. Unfortunately, my experience after booking did not reflect that expectation. There were repeated issues throughout the transport process that caused significant delays and required my cats to be boarded along the way, extending the trip far beyond what was originally expected. While I completed the drive myself in two days, it ultimately took seven days for my cats to arrive. Communication was also frustrating, as I was repeatedly given delivery estimates and assurances that were not met, only for timelines to continue being pushed back. To make matters more difficult, pickup was delayed by an entire day, which created additional challenges during an already stressful move. The company did acknowledge problems occurred and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. However, despite receiving confirmation by email that a refund had been issued, I have not received it and it has been some time since it was issued. I understand that unexpected issues can happen in transportation, but reliability, communication, and follow-through are especially important when caring for people's pets. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to do careful research before trusting this company with their animals. I personally would never trust them again with my animals or my money.

Very friendly and good with dogs. However arrived more than half an hour late for pickup and then took an unscheduled one hour plus stop at a restaurant. We had to wait at the agreed upon meetup for more than two hours.
