I had an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience with this provider during a time-sensitive out-of-state move involving my dog. I confirmed the booking multiple times and checked in weekly, then daily as the date approached. We were explicitly confirmed for pickup the day after Thanksgiving at 8:00 AM. On Thanksgiving Day, just hours before pickup, she informed me she would be at least two days late and attempted to change the agreed-upon date, despite knowing that this was not possible due to my travel plans. After I explained I could not accommodate a date change, she then asked to push the pickup time later, even though this was already within about 8 hours of the scheduled pickup. Then, in the middle of the night, approximately three hours before pickup, she fully canceled. Because of this last-minute cancellation, I was forced to cancel my flight, rent a vehicle, and transport my dog myself, causing significant stress, disruption, and additional expense during an already difficult move. When someone is entrusted with pet transportation ā especially during a holiday and a major relocation ā reliability, transparency, and respect for confirmed commitments are critical. Unfortunately, those standards were not met. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and have backup plans in place if considering her services.

This was my first time having anything hauled and CMA made it a great experience. Very glad I did not use a broker and was able to work and talk directly with the driver. I was able to review and discuss very specific details/concerns around the shipment ahead of time. I was provided insurance details, driver license and direct phone number of the driver. I was kept updated on progress multiple times, with multiple photos/videos as the shipment was checked for shifting. Was a dedicated haul, with no loading/unloading of the equipment which was important due to the specialized nature of the equipment. Delivered on time with no damage. Thank you so much for taking care of my equipment.

Sam is an absolute gem of person, and I am so grateful to have found him! He took my boy cross-country from FL to CA in just over 2 days and the trip was seamless from start to finish. We were originally supposed to fly out together to CA when I relocated for work, but after getting kicked off the airplane for being a little too excited, driving Teddy became our only option so I turned to CitizenShipper ā I was so nervous to entrust someone I didnāt know with Teddy (as Iāve heard horror stories / Reddit seems hit or miss) and even considered doing the drive myself but Sam is a consummate professional and immediately put me at ease. I āinterviewedā several people through the CitizenShipper app before landing on Sam and suggest you do the same. He has completed the background check, USDA verification and a CDL so I felt comfortable that he was qualified for this type of trip. He was extremely communicative before, during and after the trip. He arrived exactly when he said he would for both pick up and drop off. He shared his location with me the entire time and sent video montages / picture updates throughout the journey, which were hysterical. They included time stamps / location stamps so you can see exactly where they were on the route. He even made sure Teddy was able to stretch his legs at dog parks along the way and went so far as to hand-feed him when he was being picky about eating his food. He is.clearly a true animal lover and it shows. The modified van set-up is ideal for long cross-country hauls (Teddy hopped right in and slept most of the way). It was spotlessly clean and Teddy arrived happy and stress-free, which was remarkable given the length of the trip. Sam is so professional and accommodating, even pushing up our trip so Teddy was able to make it to CA in time for the New Year. For the white glove service he provided, his rate is more than reasonable and on par with other options on the CitizenShipper platform. I will 10000% be working with Sam again and cannot recommend him highly enough / say enough good things about this experience. Iāve already told several friends about him so selfishly hope he doesnāt book up too much for Teddy and I in the future! :) I am so relieved to have found him! THANK YOU, SAM! Happy New Year! š š¶
