Jodie, was amazing she was so friendly and you could see her excitement when she saw the puppies she was going to be transporting. She had GPS tracking and we could keep up with her throughout the trip. She was also efficient, she made a long trip in a really impressive time. Would most definitely use her again.

We ended up canceling after a week so I do not have a review on their actual service. However, I can say, please be very aware that multiple delays can happen and happen frequently. Plus they may change plans on you. We booked with them 5 days before our schedule transport. This was my first time doing anything like this so I was nervous about the amount of time my new puppy will be in a crate. I was told that drive wasn’t too bad and to quote “ It’s only 17 hours, it’s not like it’s 48hrs” My pup was suppose to be picked up Thursday and arrive sometime Friday to me. I trusted that statement since they have done this multiple times. The first red flag was they used a rental. They do not have (or in my case they weren’t using their own cars) They had to reschedule due to rental car issues. Which then pushed everything back for them. So I was then told I would receive my puppy on Sunday. However Friday was the new pick up date. Which confused me being a 17 hours drive so let’s say 20 with stops. I found out they were picking up a large dog on the way making this a 2 day journey for my 8 week old puppy. Something that was never disclosed to me. Remember, I specifically called and stressed out over the long drive and was told it wouldn’t be days. I wouldn’t have went with them if this was the case from the beginning. Ultimately I had no other route to take so I agree. I then get notified of another delay and the puppy was going to arrive on Monday ( let’s remember I expected this puppy by Friday and have arrange many arrangements for this pup including time off work and a vet appointment). This didn’t sit well with me or the breeder. I complained and they came up with a solution by moving other orders around. So they would pick up from breeder late Saturday and come to me in the middle of the night Sunday. I appreciated that they took my concerns and found a solution. Though at this point I was very uneasy. Then, in the middle of the night.. I was told they found another driver for me and was going to pick up my puppy early morning Friday and will have my puppy the next day. This made us thrilled! But then woke up to a picture of an engine light of this second driver and then again… canceled and how to go back to original plan. I spoke with my breeder who was very hesitant at this point as was I. I then went out searching for another service Friday through citizenshipper. I found an amazing flight nanny for the same price who picked up my dog within 24 hours and I had my dog that same night. Literally booked with him Friday and had our puppy Saturday night. So that gave me more peace with my decision to cancel with this company. They were all very nice and did try to accommodate me. However, there should be way more disclosures and open communication. It’s also concerning that a transportation company has this many car issues and delays.

Horrible experience all around. On dropoff our drivers arrived 2.5 hours late simply because they woke up late. I had an air tag in my belongings so I could see that they arrived to the drop off location.the day before and they were present in the nearby area the morning of drop off therefore their lateness was not due to traffic or any other factors but simply negligence. I had hired movers to help with unloading items from the truck into my storage unit and I had to pay them $225 extra since the movers arrived 2.5 hours late and that time was wasted. Not to mention we had to just sit at the storage unit for 2.5 hours just hoping they’d show up. When I messaged XpertTrans to receive compensation for this since having to pay the $225 extra was due to their drivers being late, they said “well, the truck drivers helped unload items and it would have cost more than that if you hired them to move things”. The thing is, I did not ask the truck drivers to help unload and we had hired movers to do it, so this was just an attempt by Xpert trans to get away with me having to pay additional fees due to their drivers negligence. Now for the actual transport of items across the country, the truckers informed us only when they arrived to the storage unit dropoff location that the entire truck had been searched for 2 hours and every item had been opened due to police or inspectors stopping their truck. They should have notified us of this right away when it happened. When the truckers arrived on pickup day, there was a random huge wooden palate taking up space in the truck. I was not informed they would be shipping other items at the same time as our items. There was enough space in the truck to fit our items so luckily we were Ok on space. The truck drivers were horrible with communication and simply did not respond to my texts at all. I was told by the dispatcher that that’s because they were driving on the road but there was two of them so surely one of them could have answered a text while the other was driving. Had I not had an apple air tag in the car, I wouldn’t have known where my stuff was at all and I would have been especially freaked out on droppoff day when they were so late since the drivers were so unresponsive. And, on pickup day the drivers arrived late and the dispatcher said they had to go through customs so I suspect the drivers were coming from Mexico which is not something I was informed of when signing up. Overall the experience was stressful and it cost me extra money due to their drivers so I would not recommend. I took screenshots of every single interaction I had with the dispatcher and driver in case they try to come back and claim what I’m saying is not what happened.

Dave was exceptional! He went out of his way to accommodate us, kept in close communication throughout the (3-day) journey, and treated our dog as if he were his own. I highly recommend Dave and would turn to him first if we need to transport a pet again.

Ricardo was amazing! My kitten Chicky has an eye infection and Ricardo make sure to accommodate her special needs and keep her separate the entire ride. He sent me pictures, shared his location and gave great updates every stop of the way. Not to mention his prices were reasonable especially for his great care and dedication! Thank you Ricardo for brining my chicky girl home safe and sound 🐱💗

We booked with Paws Door 2 Door and we are so happy we did! They were excellent. We had a very specific pick up date and time and they were on time and made it very easy. They communicated frequently with pictures and updates and we were able to track our dog the entire trip. Our dog is a blue tick hound and can be a handful. They handled her so well and she arrived happy, safe and in great shape.. I can’t say enough floor things about them. The sweetest couple! We are very happy!

She took very good care of my three cats who she drove to New York from Florida. I am so grateful for Citizen Carrier and the opportunity they gave me to have my animals driven to me when I couldn't transport them myself. Ten out of ten.

Bubba’s Transport provided smooth and safe transportation for my two dogs from Detroit to Seattle. I was able to track their progress in Life360, got frequent photos and text updates, and they even arrived earlier than expected. It was my dog’s first time traveling without me and Leann’s genuine care for my pups put my mind to ease. Definitely recommend!
