Ease of Mind Transportation was a lifesaver. After another company ghosted us on the day our dogs were flying out, Robbie stepped in and went above and beyond to make everything right. He moved quickly, stayed calm under pressure, and treated our pups like his own. I was beyond blessed to have Aaron transport my two pups from Louisiana to Washington state. It was such an emotional experience to trust someone with my babies but Aaron made it so easy. He understood how difficult it was and eased my mind throughout the process. He sent updates and pictures along the way and even took them to dog parks so they could run around and play! I am currently not in the same place my dogs are. He worked with me and the time difference, was patient when I needed time to sort out time lines for him. I was not present for the pick up or drop off, he worked awesome with the people that helped me facilitate pickup and drop off. He kept everyone updated with pictures and videos.

I recommend avoiding this company. Driver came late than the given time and with the truck that could not fit all my stuff. When I called the company about this situation, they suggested me to unload the stuff from the truck at the point of time when half of the stuff was already loaded saying that they will arrange the pick up next day. I had to leave the state the next day so it was not possible to delay the shipment. It took 5hrs to load my stuff as driver had to reorganize the stuff. I had to discard some of my stuff. Â At the time of unloading, there was no one available from the company to take a decision about the payment to be given to the driver. I had to deal with the driver for 2 hrs as I had made the contract with the company, not the driver. Driver blamed the company for not providing the required information and company blamed the driver saying that he is lying. Overall, the experience with the relocation with this company was worst.

Although we experienced the delay due to heavy traffic, Ricardo was communicative throughout my puppies journey. He took great care of my little guy and I was quite satisfied with the service and personal experience. I would definitely recommend Ricardo for Pet transport in the future and I would hire him again without hesitation.

I was a little frustrated at first because we had exchanged several messages beforehand to make sure the correct trailer was brought, based on a previous experience where the item didnât fit. I was assured the trailer would work, and I even triple-checked the measurements of my item against the dimensions provided between the wheel wells. Although the wrong trailer ended up being brought, Krystal and her husband were both very helpful, professional, and determined to make it work. They transported everything safely and without any damage. In the end, I appreciated their effort and customer service, and I would use them again in the future.

Using Sam to help transport our fatherâs dog from Minneapolis to San Diego was the first time we had ever used a Citizen Shipper service, so we really didnât know what to expect. We submitted our request and, within just a few hours, had several strong options to choose from. After reviewing everyone carefully, we decided on Sam because of his outstanding reviews â and we are so glad we did. We were definitely a little nervous since this was our first experience doing something like this, but the moment Sam arrived, we immediately felt at ease. His vehicle was spotless and set up like the âdoggy Four Seasonsâ inside â you could instantly tell he truly cares about the animals he transports. We had trackers on Loki, so we always knew where they were, but Sam went above and beyond with communication. At every stop, we received updates, pictures, and even a really great video. It brought us so much joy watching Lokiâs great adventure as he made his way quickly from Minneapolis to San Diego. Communication was effortless the entire trip. We always felt informed, connected, and reassured. Most importantly, it genuinely felt like Sam loved and cared for our dog just as much as we do. Thank you, Sam. If we could give you more stars, we absolutely would.
