Amazing service from start to finish. Laura took incredible care of our two dogs, stayed in regular touch throughout the trip, and displayed an incredible amount of patience when, just 10 minutes from the destination, got stuck in traffic for 4 hours while a mudslide was resolved!!! âââââ Melisa did an outstanding job transporting our dog, Roofie, from Chicago to Texas. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was extremely communicative throughout the trip, keeping us updated every step of the way and sending multiple videos so we could see how Roofie was doing. Our dog normally doesnât enjoy traveling, but in every video he looked relaxed, content, and happy, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. I was also genuinely impressed by her vehicle setup. It was incredibly safe, clean, and well-designed for transporting pets; honestly, it was the first time Iâd seen a setup like that, and it exceeded my expectations. Overall, the service was exceptional. Melisa clearly cares about the animals she transports and goes above and beyond to ensure both the pets and their owners have a great experience. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family and wouldnât hesitate to use her services again.
