It was an average experience. They helped us transport our 10-month German Shepherd puppy from Indiana to Florida. However, communication was poor from the beginning. We struggled to get a definite pickup date and time from the company. Once we finally got that sorted out, we received occasional updates when we asked. I constantly had to text for updates on our dog and the trip, but we never heard anything from the driver unprovoked. The driver, Billy, was very kind, and our dog took to him, which was great. He facilitated the drop-off, which went smoothly. It wasnât a bad experience, but it was also a bit stressful from the start. I wish communication had been better. There was no GPS on the driver or the trip, so I felt like I was constantly wondering and guessing how things were going. Overall, just an average experience. We are transporting another dog next week and will be using a different company.

I highly recommend Billâs Pet Transit. Bill is a caring and thoughtful person who provides a highly professional service. He transported my Potcake puppy, Nigel, from CT to CO and provided a GPS link so that I could follow his route online. He also provided photos of Nigel along the way. Billâs minivan is set up with dog beds and blankets in the rear so Nigel was able to travel comfortably without being crated. Nigel also was Billâs only passenger and he clearly enjoyed his chauffeured ride.
