Kimberly was very responsive, communicative, and flexible when it came to transporting my dog halfway across the country. Whenever anything came up (if anything at all), she was very professional and addressed any and all concerns I had in a timely manner, before, during, and after my Rhys was transported. Ultimately, I am satisfied and would use her services again, as I know any animal in her care will be safe and well cared for, no matter what.

Upon arrival she told us all about the trip and stayed a bit to watch Whelen run in the backyard! She even bought him a toy for his journey! This bid was the lowest so I accepted it. After a few days of very slow responses to my texts and unanswered phone calls and then, after believing everything was going to move forward finally, he cancels on me the DAY BEFORE he was supposed to do the transport. I'm sorry, but after all the communication issues and misunderstandings about pickup and delivery times, "vehicle issues" just didn't cut it! This kid needs to grow up and learn how to do a job responsibly. A side note: Citizen Shipper was more than helpful in their support and another driver was procured!
