Best communication EVER as he constantly was sending pictures, videos, and updates along the trip. He also was very safe as he made frequent stops and stayed at motels along the way. Life-Saving Care from Sugar’s Fur Babies Express Maria Sugarman of Sugar’s Fur Babies Express was truly a lifesaver — and I do not say that lightly. After my sister’s brother passed away unexpectedly, our family was faced with an urgent and emotional situation: locating his beloved dog, Opie, and getting him safely from Arizona to Oklahoma to be with family. Every option we explored seemed impossible. Flying wasn’t viable — Opie is geriatric, XXL-sized, significantly overweight and has severe mobility and health issues. We kept hitting roadblocks and felt completely overwhelmed. From the very first moment I connected with Maria at Sugar’s Fur Babies Express, I felt immediate relief. She understood the urgency, the emotional weight, and most importantly, Opie’s special needs. Maria personally picked Opie up in Phoenix and transported him safely to Oklahoma, and from start to finish, I never once worried about him while he was in her care. Maria kept me updated with photos and videos throughout the journey, which meant everything to us. Opie had barely eaten since his owner passed away 23 days earlier — and Maria was the first person who got him to eat a full meal. That alone speaks volumes about the comfort, trust, and calm she provided him. She also carefully monitored and updated us on a pre-existing toenail injury, taking incredible care of his tender foot and his aching hips. Every detail was handled with thoughtfulness, compassion, and experience. I never had to wonder if Opie was okay — Maria had everything covered. When Opie arrived, it was clear he trusted her completely. Since we had never met Opie ourselves, Maria’s familiarity with him helped ease the transition and made him feel safe and secure in a brand-new environment. Maria Sugarman and Sugar’s Fur Babies Express are truly the best. If you are looking for someone who will care for your pet as if they were her own — especially in difficult or emotional circumstances — there is no one I would trust more. We are forever grateful.

I am sure that many may have a good experience with Christina, but we did not. Christina agreed to transport our dog along with some personal items, but while the dog did arrive, the expensive items did not. It is strange that we were not informed that they were "lost" until she arrived to deliver our pet. Additionally, we were sent photos of our pet during the trip, and in one of them, she was eating kibble. Our pet eats the raw meat diet, and for those familiar, switching instantly from raw to a random kibble could cause digestive issues and sickness. The fact that we were not notified that the food we set along with our pet ran out is a big issue. Additionally, we sent enough food for over a week. So while the trip was longer than we were told it would be, which caused me to have to leave NYC without getting to see my pet safely delivered first... The trip was not so long that she should have run out of food. After we received our pet, we also noticed a large bleeding sore on her, along with a swollen leg... Christina and the driver she transferred out pet to halfway through had no idea this happened, and even told me I was lying when I brought it to their attention. Overall, I did not feel care or understanding from them when voicing my concerns - inseatd, we were told we were being "dramatic" and "making it about the money". So to recap: lost items totaling over $2,000, change to dog diet with no notice/permission, and injury to our dog. Would not recommend. 2/5 stars is generous.

He went above and beyond by taking the time to text and send videos, keeping me updated on my pet's well-being throughout the journey. If I have to ship a pet again I will be looking for Warsney A. again.

I cannot recommend Cierta Corporation enough! We recently moved our entire 2-bedroom (plus office) home from Taunton, MA, to Stuart, FL, and the experience was seamless. Moving a family 1,300 miles is incredibly stressful but the crew was professional, handled our belongings with care and stayed right on schedule. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which gave us such peace of mind during a chaotic time. If you’re looking for reliable long-distance movers, look no further!
