She gets a 5 stars from me! I live in Salem Oregon, I purchased a cat in San Jose California. I couldnāt make the flight to pick up the kitten and I found CitizenShipper and read the reviews about Jessicia they were right. She picked up kitten on schedule and drove him to my front door on schedule. She sent me updates and pictures on her trip here. I would definitely recommend her!

We had an amazing experience with Papiās Furry Friends..Jenn was incredible with our baby, and made sure to communicate every step of the way. Jax didnāt want to leave her once she delivered him to the pet sitter, so that speaks to how gentle and loving she was with him. She really helped us out as we were out of the country, and were unhappy with how he was being treated at the boarding resort. She handled him with care, loved on him, and made sure he got to the pet sitterās home safely. She transported him for close to 8hrs and updated us with photos along the way. We highly recommend their services and would absolutely book again in the future. Thanks so much again!!

Deanna was phenomenal! From the start she was very upfront about her policies and quick with her responses which helped showed her true care and compassion for the babies! She was so amazingly sweet and pleasant and made it such a stress free and easy process!! She did a great job keeping up updated on her arrival and deliver times!! I would 100000% use her again! She went out of her way to help me transport a munchkin cat 1800 miles!! Ended up having to care for him from Friday to Monday!! Appreciate all the help!! She had to rent a car drive out into the boondocks as breeder would not drive pet to airport! Then had to stay with pet in a hotel until a flight was available. Only issue I had was breeder never sent pet with food!! Iād suggest getting cat food or dog food to have with her in cases such as this!! Live and learn!! Such is life!! Sammy is in his forever home and starting to adjust!! Thank you!!

I canāt recommend this team more! They were compassionate, communicative and wonderful and got my boy safely to his destination. He is a 170lb Boerboel and had been through a lot the week prior and they took phenomenal care of him and loved on him the whole way. I would not hesitate to book this transporter.
