Osman was the absolute best for the transport of my kitties, well they are 13 years old but they are still kitties to me!! He was so kind and soft spoken to them. One of my kitties is still quite feral and was so scared, Osman ensured her safety getting into their crates and back out again once they arrived. They arrived ahead of schedule and he patiently waited for me. I highly recommend him!

We've never used a ground carrier before, and we couldn't be happier with this experience with Tray of Pets & Us. He was a great communicator while making arrangements and he took excellent care of our 9-week old beagle puppy. He kept both us and the owners informed with texts and pictures during the transport and he followed up with us after the safe delivery. Will definitely use his service again in the future.
