Location sharing for both the sender and recipient was a huge plus, as expectations were always clear. I was provided daily updates and pictures to ease any concerns. The mover wasn't not given the right information. I had to even end up paying him extra. I had requested for packing and he came with no packing materials. Due to lack of communication, the mover didn't have enough moving equipments and ended up breaking most of my furniture even before loading the truck.
