Great experience! Mountain Pet Rescue is a dog rescue so we have used many different transporters. It's always scary having a stranger care for a new rescue dog, but Jorge was amazing...so reassuring throughout the trip. In addition to GPS tracking so I always knew where he was, Jorge also provided regular updates on pick up and arrival times. This has been an amazing journey for my pet Blaze. I did not feel comfortable putting him on an airplane by himself when I myself has anxiety with flying. With our recent move, me having to place him in a kennel for over a week, I know he would be skittish having to fly him out. Our driver, Kahu Delivery Service, owned by Melisa was very personable, she was on time, she kept me informed about Blaze’s wellbeing, her travel plans and stops to get to the final destination from Springfield VA to El Paso, TX. She sent me texts and videos continuously, showed each place they roomed for the night. I felt self assured and confident I made the right decision. SHE IS THE BEST AND GIVE HER HIGH PRAISES.
