This was not a good experience. The story is long, but the shortest version is that Capital Logistics contracted with another company to do the shipping. They put a driver on who throughout the trip had his truck break down multiple times, resulting in an over 24hr delay in the arrival of my bike from their first reported time for delivery. I was told I absolutely had to be present to receive the bike even though they changed the arrival time 6 times during that 24-hour delay. I was told I would receive regular updates and pictures, none of which I got until I asked for them multiple times. After the first 2 failed delivery times, I was told that they would essentially abandon the bike by my house and âhide the key,â if I was not there to receive it, so I was forced to cancel all my plans again for the day. I then spent over 6 hours sitting and waiting while 4 additional different estimated times came and went without getting an update from either Capital logistics, the driver, or the dispatcher unless I asked for one. Finally, at 7p, 24 hours after the original given delivery time window, it was delivered and while I had to walk a block and a half to where the driver chose to park, he was professional and cordial, though not even the slightest bit apologetic. I was told midway through all this ridiculousness that while they were âsorryâ they had no intention of compensating me for their numerous breakdowns and delays that led to me cancelling several plans and wasting most of my only days off. When I reported this was unacceptable and that at minimum then they would be getting a negative review, I was accused of being unfair, and Capital logistics then blamed the dispatch/driver, the dispatch blamed capital logistics. The driver was an was not a native English speaker which led to several very frustrating exchanges. I was repeatedly asked by capital logistics and the drivers dispatch to stop being upset and to âthink about the driver, heâs having a bad day.â When I asserted again that I would not be giving a positive review, CL complained about the fairness and offered me $25 not to, which I refused. So maybe this experience was an anomaly, CL had all positive reviews before this; however, when things stopped going to plan, literally nothing was done to make it up to me, the customer, and my experience was clearly the last thing they were all worried about.

Wow! Amazing experience! I would never dreamed I would send my baby with a stranger on a car ride across states. After talking to Erin, I knew she would take great care of him. And hes a chihuahua! It was as if I were in the car with him! She let me sing to him over the phone and let me call him as many times as I wanted. She was so friendly and accommodating under difficult circumstances. She kept me apprised all the way how he was doing, if he had eaten or gone to the bathroom. I feel like I was talking to my best friend! She actually made what couldâve been a nerve-racking experience for me a fun one! I was excited to meet her. She is extremely accommodating and I think Iâve made a friend! Highly recommend 10 stars out of five!

I cannot recommend Arne enough! I had never shipped my 100 lb Rottweiler before, and I was extremely nervousâespecially because my dog, Bentley, can be fearful, reactive, and has shown some aggression in the past. From the moment they picked him up, all of that anxiety disappeared. He was calm, patient, and completely unfazed by Bentleyâs behavior. Shortly after he picked him up, he had Bentley comfortable and warming up to him! Arne and his partner, Simon, were truly amazing. Simon went above and beyond for Bentley, even when Bentley showed signs of fear. They handled him with confidence, kindness, and genuine care the entire time. They kept me updated throughout the trip, shared their location, and sent regular check-ins so I always knew Bentley was safe and in good hands. They delivered him exactly within the promised timeline, and I never doubted for a second that he was being well taken care of. If youâre looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional pet transportation servicesâthis is the only way to go. Iâll absolutely be using them again and referring anyone I know.
