Kenneth was great he treated my dog henry as if he were his own. I was very skeptical at first because i had never used a courier service yo transport my great dane henry. He was very understanding and cooperative. He kept me updated and was very communicative throughout the entire process. Wow! Amazing experience! I had to change my dates and the deiver was so accommodating. He sent pictures at each walk stop along the way. He kept us informed of where he was in the trip process throughout the trip. Bear was delivered in excellent condition. The handlers was incredibly kind and gentle with Snuffles, immediately making him feel comfortable and safe. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the animals they were transporting, treating Snuffles with patience, affection, and respect throughout the entire journey. Absolutely horrible. My poor baby came back to me covered in urine and poop. They take 5 of their own dogs on the transport. Leaves very little room for animals they are transporting. She had diarrhea for 4 days. I had to take her to the vet. DO NOT BOOK THIS TRANSPORTER.

Paul with Very Important Pet Transport did an amazing job transporting our standard poodle from Colorado back home. Paul made the whole experience easy.
