I hired Freshstart Flight Nanny to pick up a new puppy. He asked for the phone number of the seller to figure out when and where he could pick up the puppy. He got into an argument with the seller and the seller refused to let him pick up the puppy. Freshstart told me they couldn't get me a refund because he already booked the ticket. That is not true because he was texting the seller to see when he could fly out and then they got into a fight. He never bought tickets. I asked for him to show me the tickets and the date he bought them and he did not and then stopped responded to me. I had to fly myself to pick up the puppy because he got the seller so upset he wouldn't let anyone else pick up the puppy but myself. SUPER unprofessional and a crook.

Incredible service! TJ isn't just a delivery specialist who decided to take on pets because he has the space. He is a dog lover who cares for your pup the duration of the transport. He knows how to "read" your dog and give it the attention needed. Excellent communications and this an all around 5 star experience.

We needed to transport a 5mo old puppy from a breeder in IL, someone we'd never met in person, to us at home in GA. The idea of advertising our need out to the internet for anyone to bid on made us feel vulnerable, to be honest. Likewise, Haley took a chance on us by bidding on our job offer. Her profile and expertise felt right to us, so we crossed our fingers. Turned out she had handled a delivery from this breeder previously, so that gave us a big measure of reassurance. At the end of the day, everything went exactly as planned and hoped. We are very grateful for the service Haley provided. She turned a daunting situation into something very manageable. I couldnât be happier with Paws and Pathways! I have just gone through the biggest relocation of my life so far (NYC to Dallas), and my Staffordshire Terrier was too big to bring on a flight. Without a car I truly felt like my options were limited, so I turned to CitizenShipper for help. After comparing quotes and looking at all the different drivers who got back to me, Paws and Pathways was a no brainer. Between having access to vet services, a 5-star rating, and tremendous amount of long-range transports under their belt, I knew my pup was going to be in the best hands possible. Osman particularly was exceptional! From the moment he picked up my dog, he was friendly and accommodating. He let me lay out her blanket and pillows from home to help things feel more familiar while making the trip. He provided me with updates throughout the trip, sending over pictures of her looking happy and even socializing with some of the other dogs he was transporting. He also was very thorough in ensuring he understood my dogs temperament and if she had any potential triggers before the trip so that he could ensure the safety of all dogs under his care. You can tell he has a genuine love for animals which definitely can give some peace of mind when trusting your fur baby with a stranger. While I doubt I will be relocating again anytime soon, Osman will be the first person I reach out to if I ever need help with pet relocation again, and I will be sure to recommend him to anyone who might find themselves in a similar situation. Emi is amazing. She was so professional, detailed and great at what she does best, love your dogs like her own. Her 7 years of 5 star reviews initially sold me on her pet nanny services, but she was even better than those reviews described. I felt like I was handing my 2 fur babies to a family member. She was always on time, always sending updates and photos of my dogs and was a joy to work with. As a dog trainer she gave me suggestions and tips and bought a better harness and treats for them along the way. My dogs are a rescue Husky mix and a rehome little Aussie mix and they are rather untrained and a handful. Emi had it down, handled them beautifully and I always felt they were is expert hands. I would highly recommend Emi and her wonderful services to anyone needing to transport your doggies either by van or on a flight. After delivering them safely and happily home after a 3 day transport, she still is keeping in touch. This was a fantastic experience. 10 STARS!
