I don't like to give a 3, especially because the driver, Pablo, was excellent... I'd give him 5 stars... he made it work in a crazy situation and kept me informed and made the delivery great. The 3 stars are for the communication from the dispatchers after booking--1 star for them. I chose this bid because the price was fair and they responded right away and promised if I flew in from out of the country to coordinate this pick up, they would definitely be able to pick up on the days I requested. However, I flew in and then they were not as responsive and picked the car up 2 days after I left. This was very stressful as I had told them the car was sitting in the driveway of the house we just sold, with a dead hybrid battery, and I needed to move it because the new homeowners were moving in. It was so stressful to receive messages saying "Don't worry, we will let you know as soon as a driver is assigned!" Especially when none had been assigned as I was at the airport heading back out of the country. Thankfully, as I said earlier, Pablo handled it perfectly, even though he had to pick it up late at night and he was not informed he needed a winch, which was the first thing I told them when booking... which made me more stressed that it was not going to work before the new people moved in. Fortunately, he was able to get the car started and moving enough to get it on the trailer. He communicated regularly and delivered the car quickly and easily. I'd definitely recommend him!
