We have used Citizen Shipper to ship dogs from our rescue organization previously. However, this time we were not pleased with the service and communication through La Familia Animal Transport. We had been conversing with a lady, assuming she would pick would pick up. She had been friendly and helpful. Rather, a man picked up our dog. He was not friendly and put our dog into a very small crate with no blanket. We were not given a Life 360 tracking until we asked for it one hour later. We had to ask for videos and photos. The communication was not good and we felt disrespected each time we had to reach out to the male driver. We would not use this shipping company again for our dogs.

She stayed in constant contact, sending us plenty of photos and videos throughout the trip so we could see how the puppy was doing. She also shared her tracking info with us on Life360, which was so helpful because we could watch the progress in real-time. Judi is extremely friendly, informative, and professional. It made a long-distance journey completely stress-free. I would absolutely use her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable shipper!
