Ms Julie really helped us out on this one, she took our pup to the airport in Pennsylvania close to us and due to some changes she couldnāt fly out that day. So we went with the second option of our pup flying out of Texas, we asked ms Julie if she would help us out with getting our pup to Texas. She took her there safe and on time. She went from Pennsylvania to Texas. Took great care of her and kept us updated thru the travel as well. Thank you again ms Julie

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Ricardo based on my experience. The pickup schedule was changed four times due to multiple reasons, and I was ultimately assured that my dog would be picked up between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. I had also communicated that I would be giving her a calming treat in preparation for the trip. When 8:30 passed and I had not received any update, I contacted Ricardo and only then learned that he was running approximately two hours late. My biggest concern was the lack of proactive communication. Had I not reached out, I do not know when I would have been informed of the delay. Because I had already prepared and medicated my dog based on the confirmed pickup time, the repeated schedule changes and last-minute delay created unnecessary stress for both of us. Ricardo acknowledged that the delays had interfered with the schedule and assured me that I would receive a refund by the end of the day. However, the refund was not provided as promised. Transporting a pet requires reliability, clear communication, and respect for the agreed-upon schedule. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met in this situation.

Paul was the BEST!! We were nervous using a transporter for a 1,200 mile journey with a 9 week old puppy, but Paul put us at ease from the start. From the get-go we knew Paul was the one based on his attention to detail - we specifically noticed and admired that he personally responded to each and every review that was left. Throughout the entire process Paul was communicative, transparent, and understanding. He sent consistent updates, shared his location, and even checked in with us post-delivery to ensure our puppy was settling in nicely. If we ever need a transporter in the future, Paul is now our guy!

I was extremely nervous having to transfer my 2 month old pup so far away but Tim was so nice & welcoming! I received plenty of updates throughout the trip, adorable pics of my pup to reassure me sheās ok, and even though I KNOW she whined a lot (probably the whole way there) he never once seemed annoyed. Just told me she likes telling lots of stories lol this man is a blessing for this job and to our fur babies! Book with him- you wonāt regret it!

If you are need of pet transport, then look no further! We could not recommend MK Transport enough!!! The whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. They were wonderful to communicate with beforehand and answered all my questions. Nicholas transported our dog from Chicago to San Diego with such exceptional care! He made sure to give consistent updates and take our girl on some fun adventures. You could tell that he was in it for the love of the animals! A cross country move is not easy and thereās a lot of moving parts, but MK Transport really helped make a stressful time much more manageable. We were never once anxious or worried about our pup. Thank you again for everything and for keeping our girl happy!!!

He had to chase him under the bed out from under the couch about 45 minutes spent just to lasso him up and get them in the car. He handled like a true dog lover.
