I was skeptical of having my 150lb puppy shipped 1,000 miles to our new home, but because of his size, shipping was the only option- and thank God. I have never used citizen shipper before, but the process was seamless, the whole ordeal went through flawlessly. From setting the route and times, to getting quotes- super simple. Little Paws Empire was one of many quotes we received, the price was fair, and their reviews were excellent. From our first communication, everything was easy, professional, and respectful. We agreed on a date, then a time. They were super easy to navigate the logistical nightmare of transporting my Boerboel puppy. They showed up, and dropped off exactly when we agreed upon. They shared location the entire journey, sent a plethora of pictures, videos, and status updates the entire way. My dog arrived happy and healthy and super excited to be in his new home. I cannot reccommend these ladies any higher. 5 star service. A+ EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. If you get a quote from them, accept immediately, your animal deserves it.

Aaron is the most gentle, kindest, thoughtful person we could of ever picked to transport our very picky Aussie from WA to FL. He updated us daily with photos so we knew how he was doing. Even went out of his way to feed him food as he had decided he didn't want what was packed for him. Our dog had the best trip across the states , so well looked after. I didn't have to worry about him as I knew he was in proffesional hands.Took his big bed and and cooler with another large bag and delivered them all to our children in FL. We will definatly call on you again when needed. You get 100 stars from us ,5 just isn't enough. Thank you so much Aaron. Everyone should pick you for transporting their fur babies !

Ally was amazing! If you are shipping your pet, you definitely want to pick Ally! I never had a pet shipped but due to an injury I had to have our 8 week old boxer puppy picked up. Ally was amazing from the start and she doesn’t have a bunch of other animals. She treats your pet as her own and share pics along the journey! She’s so great! I highly recommend her, your pet will be in the best hands and put your mind at ease!!! I would give her 10 stars!!!!

Where do I start!? I’ve never felt so comfortable leaving my dog with anyone! Jorge is the sweetest soul and so welcoming and excited to help! The trucker damaged my Ducati during their transport on Feb 20, 2026. Over $4k damage, insurance only paid about $1.5K, and asked me to collect $2.5K deductibles from the trucker directly. The trucker ignored my text/calls/emails, but when I reflected this to the progressive/Arma, he called me shouting emotionally without any actual payment actions. Arma contacted the driver and provided insurance information, but it seems Arma has either no control over their truckers nor poor choice on who they doing business with. If you don't want to get into this situation, you know what to do now. If you see this, it is still unresolved as of today.

Vom was fantastic to work with and made the entire pet transport process easy and stress-free. He was flexible about transporting my dog’s large kennel along with all of his food, toys, and supplies. Communication was excellent before pickup and throughout the trip, and I really appreciated being able to view his location during travel. He sent videos during bathroom breaks, arrived exactly on time for both pickup and drop-off, and clearly cared about my dog’s comfort and safety. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing pet transport services!
