We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stevie and cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, incredibly communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure our new puppy was happy and comfortable throughout the entire trip. She communicated wonderfully with both us and our breeder, coordinating the pickup and keeping everyone informed along the way. That made the entire process so easy and gave us one less thing to worry about. Stevie was also willing to work with us on the price since she already had another pickup and delivery in our area, which we really appreciated. Once our puppy was in her care, the communication was exceptional. She checked in with us at every potty break, sent pictures and videos, and kept us updated on everythingâhow well she was eating, going potty, playing, resting, and handling the trip. We never had to wonder how she was doing. What really showed us the level of care Stevie provides was finding out that she even let our little girl sleep with her the night they were traveling together. 𼚠It was so comforting knowing our brand-new puppy wasnât just being transportedâshe was being loved and cared for along the way. Our puppy arrived happy, healthy, and clearly very comfortable with Stevie. The entire experience gave us so much peace of mind, especially when trusting someone with such a tiny new member of our family. If youâre considering Stevie to transport your pet, I wouldnât hesitate for a second. She truly went above and beyond, and we would absolutely use her again. 10/10 experience and highly recommend! â¤ď¸đž

LoadMaster was very helpful in lining up transport of our equipment. Sherry was very helpful in making sure that all the stages of the delivery went smoothly. Johnathan (our transporter) is a transporter I would recommend. He stayed in contact and responded very quickly to any questions we asked him.

Brandon did an excellent job. He communicated really well via email, text and phone. He accessed the road worthiness of the trailer, recommended new tires because they were over 20 years old, and had them replaced at a tire discount store on the trip. He showed his technical knowledge of trailers by persuading us to use a tow away over a flat bed. The price was fair, he cooperated with the pick up and drop off persons to create a successful trip. I would not recommend LoadMaster Group. The entire transport experience was unnecessarily stressful and poorly handled from beginning to end. My trailer was originally scheduled to be picked up on Wednesday, but the pickup was delayed until Friday evening, and the driver was also changed. The replacement driver then arrived at the manufacturer after normal business hours, requiring someone from the manufacturer to come back specifically to accommodate the pickup. The biggest issue came at delivery. Tony had explicitly told me in writing that because of the driver change, âYou will only need to pay the driver $3,350 on delivery instead of $3,400.â I relied on those written instructions and went to the bank to withdraw $3,350 in cash for the driver. Approximately 20 minutes before the trailer arrived, Kay called and told me I now owed $3,400. When I explained that Tony had given me the $3,350 amount in writing and that I had already withdrawn the cash based on those instructions, Kay became extremely unprofessional. She repeatedly talked and yelled over me, would not allow me to finish what I was saying, and accused me of not holding up my side of the agreement. Their own messages later acknowledged that Tony had changed the amount and called it a âhuman mistake.â Yet somehow I was being blamed for relying on the information their representative provided. There had been no subsequent written communication correcting Tonyâs $3,350 delivery amount before Kay called me 20 minutes before delivery. To make matters worse, my brand-new trailer arrived with damage sustained during transport, which I documented immediately. The driverâs truck also leaked power steering fluid during delivery, leaving numerous fluid spots and a visible trail on the pavement in front of my home. I understand that schedules can change and human errors happen. What I donât accept is a two-day pickup delay, a last-minute driver change, an after-hours pickup that inconvenienced the manufacturer, damage to my brand-new trailer, conflicting payment instructions, and then being yelled over and blamed for following the companyâs own written instructions. After paying thousands of dollars for this transport, I expected basic communication, professionalism, and care of my trailer. Instead, this experience was stressful from pickup through delivery. Based on my experience, I would not use LoadMaster Group again and cannot recommend them.
