This is an example of how not to handle a load. The carrier was very responsive to get the booking. The driver they used damaged the engine. He actually was on camera trying to clean up the mess in his truck from the damage then proceeds to deny he caused it. IDK I guess we were supposed to ignore the freshly flaked paint on the walls and floor that mashed up exactly to the the damage. Regardless the shipper has done nothing to help or file a claim. Few responses with mostly excuses. I went with him because of reviews even though he was one of the highest priced. Perhaps they had better experience but I would not recommend.

It was an average experience. They helped us transport our 10-month German Shepherd puppy from Indiana to Florida. However, communication was poor from the beginning. We struggled to get a definite pickup date and time from the company. Once we finally got that sorted out, we received occasional updates when we asked. I constantly had to text for updates on our dog and the trip, but we never heard anything from the driver unprovoked. The driver, Billy, was very kind, and our dog took to him, which was great. He facilitated the drop-off, which went smoothly. It wasnât a bad experience, but it was also a bit stressful from the start. I wish communication had been better. There was no GPS on the driver or the trip, so I felt like I was constantly wondering and guessing how things were going. Overall, just an average experience. We are transporting another dog next week and will be using a different company.
