Russ was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he went above and beyond and made the entire transport experience completely stress-free. Bella is a rescue, so I was especially nervous about having her transported, but Russ immediately put me at ease. He provided constant updates, sent so many pictures, and kept me fully in the loop the entire time â which meant everything to me. You can truly tell how much Russ cares about the animals he transports. Bella was clearly comfortable, happy, and well cared for, and knowing she was in such patient, compassionate hands gave me total peace of mind. His communication, professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. If youâre looking for a transporter you can fully trust with your fur baby â Russ is the one. I was very hesitant on using a service like this because I simply had to trust someone to handle the transport of my babies across Statelines.. however, Emanuel was very pleasant to work with. He is a trusted and reliable professional! He communicates every step of the way with clear communication. He had a bit of issues due to my cats being so big but needless to say, he made sure my cats were going to be home on time and be able to stick together in the same crate on the flight! Highly recommend Aunt Emi for transporting your fur baby. After five days and four nights on a 2,100-mile cross-country trip, our girl arrived safe and sound, and we were so happy to see her. Aunt Emi stayed in touch the whole way, sending texts at stops, updates on what she was eating, dog rest areas they visited, and even photos from the motels where our pup had a cozy spot (and sometimes shared the bed!). We got so many pictures along the way, and those meant a lot to us. When our girl had a brief issue and wasnât going number two, Aunt Emi grabbed some pumpkin to help, which really showed how attentive and thoughtful she is. Her little dog was also a great companion and helped keep our pup calm during the trip. Handing your pet over to someone you donât know takes a lot of trust, and Aunt Emi treated our girl like she was her own. She arrived happy, comfortable, and ready to play with the other dogs in our care. We honestly couldnât have asked for a better experience. She went above and beyond every step of the way and cannot recommend her enough for your pet travel needs. Thank you, Aunt Emi, for taking such great care of her.

Super disappointed in my dogâs transportation. She came back to me after a week with cuts all over her paws and legs. Due to the fact that on the first day of her trip, she soiled her bed due to being scared. He didnât replace the bed with anything, so she slid around in an empty crate with a towel in the back of a truck for a week. When he dropped her off, he stated that her items were inaccessible, which means she didnât have them the whole time, therefore he couldnât give them back to me. Lost everything I sent her with. Glad to have my dog back but angry and disappointed in this experience.
