The experience was even better than I imagined. He stayed in touch with us all day and night, shared his location with us the whole time, parked the car, and fed the puppy. Heās a very kind person with an incredible sense of responsibility. I recommend him 1000%āwhat an amazing service. Donāt hesitate to contact him. They did what we asked of them. They delivered our healthy puppy. They had some issues due to others irresponsible owners. So, it threw there time off some. 5 stars for the agent in the chat 5 stars for the person who picked up my Trike. Handled it safely and made it super simple for me and was communicative and was super nice to meet in person. Didn't like the person who called me and texted me. They never said who they were and couldn't be helpful in keeping track off information they didn't even knows I already had someone assigned. Also the people who get assigned don't always call back and may claim to show up and not have the right equipment to get the job done so you have to wait longer for a new person to pick up your property. Amazing and responsive chat agent answered literally every single question with professional energy made me feel comfortable on my first experience. Will definitely use again!

Unfortunately, this transporter canceled on me claiming they're working with the FBI. They did NOT refund my 50% deposit like they said they would and I had to get my bank involved to submit a dispute. Highly would not recommend. Likely a scammer or a horrible business owner with no common sense.

Home Sweet Home Pet Delivery service was absolutely wonderful & exceeded my expectations! I was so nervous about sending my anxious pup on a long road trip with someone sheād never met. But I felt relief the moment Terry arrived and met my dog, Winnie. He was so kind & friendly & very thorough with his description of how the process would work. He updated me regularly throughout the day & sent frequent pin drops so I knew exactly where they were. He sent videos & photos along the way and helped put my mind at ease. He did a great job making Winnie feel comfortable & made sure she had plenty of exercise, potty breaks, & attention. He was so fun and playful with her so she warmed up quickly to him. Throughout the trip, she would often refuse to potty on breaks & would pee in her crate. He was so patient with her & always did a great job making sure she was cleaned up. He finally got her to potty outside after lots of attempts & patience! I was kept updated on the ETA & was given precise times close to pick up & drop off. I would definitely choose this company again & recommend them to anyone in need of transport! I couldnāt be happier with the service and top notch pet care.
