We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Beans Express Delivery and can’t recommend them highly enough. Steve and Susan Bean recently transported our four dogs from Loxahatchee, Florida to Califon, New Jersey, and they did a truly exceptional job from start to finish. They are incredibly kind, professional, and clearly care deeply about the animals they transport. Their Honda Pilot was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our dogs, which gave us great peace of mind for such a long trip. Communication was excellent throughout the entire journey. We received frequent updates, which made us feel connected and reassured every step of the way. Even more impressive, they completed the trip door-to-door in about 24 hours—efficient without ever compromising the care and attention our dogs received. If you are looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet transport, Beans Express Delivery, Steve, and Susan are simply the best. We would use them again without hesitation!

Rick is simply the BEST! It’s my first time transporting my dog in this way and I was quite worried before the trip, Rick made clear communication and keep me updated closely through the trip. He also went above and beyond, took my dog to the parks, beaches! You can just simply tell that he is not doing it just for the job, but he actually really cares and loves dogs. Would be happily to trust him again!

The pig was ultimately delivered and the driver was polite, but there were several significant issues. We agreed in advance that the driver would bring straw bedding, a cover to prevent it from blowing out, a 5-gallon bucket for feed, and an appropriately sized kennel. I paid extra to ensure these items were included. None of those items were brought, and the kennel provided was too small. As a result, I had to purchase a used kennel from the seller at pickup for an additional $80. There was also a complete language barrier that was not disclosed beforehand. The driver did not speak English and relied on a phone translator, which made communication difficult at pickup. The seller was understandably hesitant to release the animal due to concerns about care (feed/water) during transport. The transport was completed, but I would strongly recommend confirming equipment, kennel size, and communication expectations in advance.

Adam was a live saver for one of the puppies I homed. There was an emergency situation where I needed the pup transported back to me asap. Adam did the transport the next day working in a 4.5 hour trip to his schedule. He was so genuine and really helped in making me feel like I could trust him with any of my pets. He sent me updates continuously and made it as planned. Will definitely be using his services in the future!
