If I could give more stars I definitely would!! I had such a horrible day yesterday, between flight delays and car problems he came to my house to pick them up. Then it was so late he brought the puppies to the Customer’s house. We were originally supposed to meet airport to airport. I will use him as my flight nanny from now on.!!

I did not receive regular updates and the phone number I was given to contact the driver was never answered. The dogs did arrive safely and the driver was very nice, but I did not expect to have a subcontractor involved without my foreknowledge. I really cannot give a review

We had an agreement in place, had already paid the booking fee, and even overnighted a check—at an additional cost of $130—to ensure the dog was paid for prior to pickup. Although the deposit was scheduled to be paid the day before pickup, she expected it to be submitted several days earlier. This expectation was never communicated in advance, and she cancelled the booking abruptly without any further discussion. Given the lack of clear communication, the sudden cancellation, and her overall unprofessional and passive-aggressive demeanor, I would not recommend her for transport services
