Hayley is the best! I'd give her 10 stars if I could. My elderly father needed to ship his 2 senior cats from St. Louis to Wenatchee WA and was seriously worried about how it might traumatize them. He was so pleased when she showed up with 2 large crates, both clean and outfitted with litter boxes and pee pads and she had water and food dishes for the trip. She carefully got them from his apartment to the vehicle and they went into the crates easily. She sent updates and pics along the 3 day trip, which absolutely thrilled my dad! They arrived in great shape and adjusted to their new home almost immediately! Hayley is personable and professional and delivers really amazing service!

This was the first time I use this type of service. I was nervous about it, however everything went incredibly well! The driver was super flexible, we had some issues to get to the drop off location on time due to plane cancellations, I had to make arrangements in a pet hotel and the driver was so kind to drop off my dog there, all this changes last minute. All the time he was in communication with me and giving me updates and sending me photos of my dog. Iâm so happy and satisfied with all the service. My dog is a 130 pound Great Dane.

3 stars because the puppy made it to its destination. Maria was kind and sweet to me at drop off. I was told she was rude and even threw the paperwork at the pickup crew. She had dealt with delays all day, but that wasnât their fault.

Lisa was INCREDIBLE!!! She kept in close contact with me every step of the way. My puppy had worms and an upset tummy when she picked him up from the breeder and she went out of her way to pick up medicine for him and help him feel better. 10/10 please use her!!
