We had a wonderful experience with Shalindra transporting our 8 week old puppy from Washington to California. She was professional, punctual, and extremely communicative throughout the entire trip. She provided frequent updates, shared her location, and kept us informed every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. What we appreciated most was the care and thoughtfulness she showed toward our puppy. She made sure he was never left alone in the car during her stops, and because he was only 8 weeks old and not fully vaccinated, she was careful not to place him on the ground. She also ensured he stayed hydrated and kept him comfortable with both a blanket and a sheet, allowing him to cuddle in and adjust based on his comfort and temperature. When she arrived, it was clear how well he had been cared for. He was very attached to her and comfortable in her presence, which spoke volumes about the kindness and attention she gave him throughout the trip. It was clear that she genuinely cared about his safety and well being during the journey. He arrived safe, calm, and well cared for. We are truly grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and reliability, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing pet transportation.

I was extremely nervous about sending my dog Koa on such a long journey from Hawaii to Virginia, especially after a past bad experience, but Whitney made all the difference. She was kind, patient, and very understanding throughout the entire process. Knowing Koa was in her care—especially during pickup from IAD—gave me so much peace of mind. Paws and Pathways did a fantastic job transporting my 90lb Lab over 2000 miles in 3 days. I got constant pictures. My dog went on walks. It was hard to confirm at pick up time. It wasn’t confirmed until 10 pm the night before. Pick up was scheduled for 5am with drop off the next morning at 9 am. Shawn text and asked if we could drive 3.5 hrs and meet him for an 1130 pm pick up in Dayton Ohio. This was unexpected as we had arranged a 9 am pick up the next morning in Romulus. Shawn did send pictures during transport and took good care of the dog.

I would not recommend this service. The driver was difficult to communicate with and pick up occurred several days after the request requested date. The same issues arose on the return with the driver offering to pick up the dog two weeks after the agreed date. The driver did quickly refund the money immediately when I canceled the return which was much appreciated.
