We had an issue with the payment of the dog we were trying to get shipped. The owner didn’t have paypal and we had no way of getting the funds to him. Noel was kind enough to offer his PayPal and he would get cash for the dog. Very trust worthy! He got the dog for us and gave us texts and calls through out the trip. In today’s world I was very skeptical of using a service to transport my pet off the internet; But I did and I’m so glad I did, Regina and Jay are two of the most loving,caring, down to earth people who truly love the animals they transport. They were extremely accommodating to me in helping me with sending my puppy as well as his necessities to a relative in Tn. I do wish Shane's Smooth Ride had been more proactive in contacting me about estimated pickup and arrival times. She did not have crate immediately available as indicated, did not tell me she would be transporting other animals, no pictures, even upon request, turned phone off in middle of the day, no voicemail set up, way too long between communications, took 3 full days to transport puppy...did not tell me that would happen, turns out she was in my area for two days before heading to destination, blamed weather which was not a factor. Did not have enough supplies to clean up crates.I gave her plastic bags , so she could clean other crates before she left my house.I would not trust her with your pets!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. My Panda arrived happy, fed, watered, and walked. The communication was great I received pictures and updates through the whole trip. Cordell is a family man who loves dogs. He was right on time and pick up and delivery were as he said. I will be using him for all my puppy transports, even though Panda was older. He is number one in my book! Definately would reccomend!! Like I said my dog was a happy camper when he arrived and that meant the word to me!!! Cordell went the extra mile to make sure my Panda (He's a dog) was calm content and taken care of. I wish I could post the picture where he was so content that he was sleeping on his back with all four paws in the air, just as cozy as could be. It let me know the transport was stress free!!!
