Chris was a great driver. Picked up the delivery and able to store it for a few days until receipt of delivery was available. Very accommodating due to having to make one additional stop in the way to grab a piece of the delivery. He even went the extra step to shrink wrap a few pieces of the boat to ensure secure delivery. "Emi drove our 2 dogs Zoey and Daisy from Southern California to Northern Idaho. We made a great choice selecting Emi. She was very responsive during the initial phase when determining who we would utilize for transportation as well as through the enitre trip process. The weather during our scheduled transportation was horrendous all over the country, especially on the west coast, but Emi was pleasant and patient through the entire process. She kept us updated about her arrival and sent numerous pictures. We could tell that not only does Emi take her job very seriously, but she truly loves all pets! R&M kept me updated on the status of our puppies. I had originally requested them to transport one puppy but went ahead and got his brother. They had zero issues with this. As for the last 1/5 star rating, that is kind of rude. I understand that the dog did run off, as can happen to ANYONE, even with years of experience. I also had Paul transporting our new puppy and I was on the phone with him and posting just trying to help him out, A person who is unfamiliar with the area and went around for over 2 hours looking for your dog, this is someone who cares enough to do that and to try to still keep by his contract with both of us.... He didn't deserve you to not pay him, he DID in fact go back to Spokane and get your dog and deliver it to you.... I think that is awesome and that people don't deserve to be treated that way. Don't take advantage of someone who is doing this for you, you got your dog and he is our of money, gas and sleep.... That isn't a very honest thing to do. HE in fact said he would return to get your dog for free because he felt SOOO bad.I would be SO mad and angry also! I wanted to say he last minute accepted to pick up my pup and treated her AMAZING and got her here earlier than expected... Anyone that is a good person would pay for services and NEVER keep someones money.... How would you feel if he kept your dog until you paid???? Would you have paid then? I guess he will have to do that next time. Bad apple! Thank you Paul for your timely delivery of our monster puppy! I would use you again (But NO MORE pets for us) and I would recommend to anyone! Absolutely love this team, a couple that will stay in contact with you and keep you updated all the way from start to finish. They are reliable, cost efficient, professional, and friendly. My situation was unique, I was not the person being picked up from or delivered to. That meant this team had to coordinate through three totally different individuals and did so very efficiently. The buyer of the dog was myself (in Idaho), the seller of the dog was my sister in law (Montana), and the recipient of the dog was my mother (Wisconsin). The puppy was well taken care of the entire duration of the trip, picked up on time and dropped off on time, two of the three features that are very important To me. The third feature is timely communication, it never took Bryan long to respond back to any inquiry that I sent his direction. I cannot speak more highly of this team and I would use them again in the future.

I found this service after being lied to and stood up by a Shipper who stranded my pets 2000 miles away. The site has suspended that Shipper for violations of site guidelines My dogs, who had grown up with me ( being retired) with them everyday 24/7, were boarded for an additional month and emotionally traumatized. I made contact with Mike (one of the 2 brothers who run this business) explained the situation, and he and Randy (the brother who is the transporter) prioritized the transport and got my pets to me as quickly as possible, despite horrible traveling conditions. Their exhibited true concern for the wellness of my pets was obvious throughout the process as exhibited by their regular and comprehensive contact. I cannot recomend their services highly enough. They are professional, caring, have a gift for working with animals, and are as dependable as sun rise. These are the type of people who’s calling was the ability to work with animals and who understand the stresses relocation that can resut for both pets and owners. If you’re looking for a team that does what they say it will do when they say they’re going to do it-Congratulations !!! you just found them.

On February 25, I made a great discovery at Citizen Shippers—Emi and Peace Love Paws! She responded to me within minutes of my request. We needed to have our daughter’s kitty in Portland, Oregon shipped to us in Reno, Nevada. I read her reviews which were fabulous and her credentials which show a great animal background. I immediately booked her, and we made a plan to get Chica from Oregon to Nevada. The plan was for Emi to head down I-5 and then east on I-80 out of Sacramento. On February 26, Emi picked up Chica and was hoping to drop her off in Reno on February 28. Well, Mother Nature had other ideas. For those of you in the far western states, you know that we have received unprecedented rain, wind, and mountains of snow. I-80 was closed most of February 27 and 28. So Chica just chilled with Emi and Chewy as they headed to the South Bay Area and then to LA so Emi could pick up a couple of animals. During all this time, Emi was in communication with me via phone, text, and photos. I knew where Chica was the entire trip. On the way back from Palmdale, Chica chilled with another kitty and a doggie too! Saturday morning arrived, and Emi decided to try I-80 through the Sierras to deliver Chica to us. We met Emi in Truckee at 3 p.m., where Emi put a calm, happy Chica in our carrier. We exchanged many thank you’s and hugs with Emi, and she headed west back over the mountains. During her 5 days with Emi, Chica was well fed and attended to during the trip from up north to way south and all points in between. All the animals slept in the motel room with Emi—they are not left in her vehicle overnight. Her attention to detail regarding the animals is amazing. This was our first experience shipping an animal, and we are so thankful that we discovered Emi. Emi goes way above and beyond what we thought an “animal shipper” would be. Emi is a true “animal whisperer”. Emi was a dream find for us, and we would give her 10 stars if they were available. We will definitely use her in the future and recommend her to our family and friends.

She transported a large, unusually shaped, fine-art sculpture across the country very at a reasonable rate. The sculpture was wrapped very well (I specifically did not want it crated). She was able to pick up the item the next day, and the seller of the art spoke kindly of her. The piece went from Virginia to California in 10 days, could have been early if not for the horrible weather across the country at the time. She was very quick to respond to any requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again.

Dena was incredible, and worked with me when I discovered I wouldn't be able to fly Hux with me. I accepted a position in Baltimore, MD, on 6 February 2019, and had to report to work on the 25th. Moving from San Clemente, California 3000 miles to Baltimore, MD was stressful, especially in such a short period of time. Dena answered my panicked call, and adjusted her schedule to accommodate me, and did not exploit my situation by asking for an exorbitant fee. Romina was very responsive and knowledgeable about the process of bringing a pet on an airplane and worked around our schedule for pickup and delivery of our puppy. They kept us up to date prior to the shipment and during the day with messages and photos of our puppy. They truly have a love for animals and took extreme care of our puppy throughout the flights from PA to TX. Including bringing necessary equipment like bathroom pads, water and feeding bowls and even a toy for him to play with. I would 100% recommend them to anyone as well as use their services in the future. Their pricing was extremely competitive and they even followed up a few days after to check on the status of our new puppy.

This company did a fantastic job of getting my son’s dogs home to me. He left California to go to college in Oklahoma and took his dogs with him. With school, work and sports, he wasn’t able to spend the time with them that they needed so we hired Shane’s Smooth Ride to get them back to California to me. Initially, I was nervous about the dogs traveling with someone none of us had met, but after speaking on the phone with Shane, I felt so much better. I’m so glad I chose this company. Both Shane and Kyle, the driver, did a wonderful job of staying in contact with me throughout the trip so I never had to worry. I received updates on the dogs and also pics. One of the dogs was very nervous and Kyle let her ride shot gun for awhile until she felt more comfortable. It’s clear that they are both animal lovers. This was a great experience! Terrible experience. This lady did nothing she said she would do. No contact while in transit unless generated by me. Changed delivery day and time 3 different times. Did not bring me rabies tag and promised she would send it to me....never did. Do not use this lady unless you want a stressful and full of lies experience. ------------------------------------------------ DRIVER'S REBUTTAL: I'm attaching proof showing that I proactively provided daily updates of the dog while in transit, per my usual process. There was a substantial snow storm on the east coast, followed by tornados in the South. I called the customer to tell him of the weather and that my arrival was going to delayed a day. He did not want me to coming to his ranch after dark, so I spent the money for a hotel room. He was insistent that he wanted the dog as fast as possible, so I offered him to meet up with me as soon as I arrived in Amarillo. He declined. We ended up meeting the next morning and he received the dog in fine condition. I did not change the delivery time three times as he claims; I was essentially one day late due to extreme weather and I proactively reached out to him every day of the trip. The breeder did not give me paperwork and the rabies tag was affixed with a cheap clasp. I did not remove the tag and assume the puppy may have lost it while playing or walking. As I promised I would do, I did look for it when I was at my house (these transports require weeks/months on road, away from home) but could not find it. I offered to pay for the replacement cost of the tag several times before the customer got incredibly nasty and rude. Given that other customers had a positive experience with same level of communication on this trip, despite delays that were BEYOND MY CONTROL, a one star review is completely unwarranted.

I was hesitant about using a service like this as my pets are like my children. However, after looking into Shane’s qualifications and reviews I decided to book with him and go from there. My puppy couldn’t fly home because of the temps and was stuck in OKC. Shane was a lifesaver offering this service and coming to get my puppy on such short notice. Kyle was great with PJ. Cordell was amazing! Very patient and helpful. He was patient with me when I had trouble getting in contact with the person who was there to do the exchange with my pup. I am deployed right now so things were difficult to coordinate but he was very understanding. When I couldn't get in touch with them in time he had to keep going since he was doing another transport and then a few hours later they called him back and he turned around to go back and get him. He stayed in contact the whole time letting me know my dog was okay and sending pictures! Highly recommend him for your needs!

Not very honest and not very trustworthy was our experience. Jesse didn't tell us that our dog had a large bag of dog food that was delivered with him nor his medicine toys or treats. We found out about it an hour after she dropped him off and she told us that she would be bringing it by the next day on our way back through our area. I sent several messages they went unanswered nor did we ever get our stuff back I consider that theft
