Think Ck could have bid on the job, then found themselves unable to complete. Because instead of saying she couldn't make the load. She chose to ignore our messages and when we would connect with her, she would say she'd call us back and never do it. So I'm not impressed. But many of the haulers on citizenshipper are very responcible!

My experience was excellent! There was a small delay in the pickup due to weather conditions but our dog Lady was delivered ahead of schedule! I can’t say enough good things about Daniel and Mary. They were very responsive and I didn’t have any worries with them transporting my newly adopted 10 mo. old puppy because their communication kept me at ease. Shane was amazing. My furbabies were well cared for and remained safe and secure in Shane's care. He is super friendly, trustworthy, gentle, and overall a wonderful person. There were unavoidable delays in transport due to weather and road closures but Shane kept in contact with updates, which was greatly appreciated. I would give 10 stars if I could. From the low-stress pickup process, where Bill even asked us to take a photo of his license plate. It’s the little things which make for a higher-trust exchange. They took our dog -- a two-year-old golden retriever -- into their hands, and sent us daily updates with pictures to show that she was doing great. And she was! Bill and Erica arrived at our daughter’s house in Seattle, taking another picture to show the exchange, we paid for the shipment from Austin, and the transaction was completed! If I could give Luis a 10 star review I would! He safely delivered to me my new puppy from Texas. Before he picked the little guy up he was in an accident that cost him a nastily broken finger and a badly damaged vehicle. He ended up in the hospital and while there his family brought him another vehicle. 6 hours delayed and he was on his way to North Carolina again. He delivered my puppy in great shape and in good time. He kept regular contact with me and sent a couple pictures along the way. I would definitely use his services again and very highly recommended him to anyone with pet transport needs!

I am mortified that I left my dog in the care of these strangers. I waited two days to post this to make sure I was still in the right mindset. We booked with the agreement that there would not be any other dogs in the car. My exact words from our message transcript: "Hi! What would the price be for a PRIVATE trip for her? She does not get along with other dogs, and even in a crate, it simply would be too stressful for her! We do have other offers for private drives" and "We have an offer from an individual for $325 with no other dogs and no crate (the dog thing is non-negotiable, sadly)". When they dropped her off, they had their own dog in the car barking away. No excuses whatsoever for this. I'm heartbroken thinking of the stress and anxiety my dog suffered in a crate while another dog was free in the vehicle (nonstop barking for the few minutes The cherry on top was that they sent me a text after they dropped her off saying, "Safe and sound [my name]! Alaska was a gem, really." My dog's name is Kali. They didn't even care enough for my dog to get her name right. This was such a horrible experience, it makes me never want to put the care of my dog in the hands of strangers again! These people are not trustworthy, lied about their own dog, and it was an overall terrible experience.

The Midwest was pummeled with snow and sleet during the transport to Kansas City, but She was able make the trip without incident. Peggy was the perfect choice to bring my 11 week old puppy from Kansas to Arkansas. She was kind, patient, conscientious, and answered all comunications promptly. She sent texts and photos to both the breeder and myself tracking her progress during the drive and arrived exactly when she said she would. Peggy went above and beyond to keep my tiny hairless dog breed warm and comfortable during the below freezing winter temperatures to the point the puppy really bonded with her and wasn't too sure about staying behind with me! I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and recommend her without reservation to others.

DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON! He is terrible and left me no choice but to leave my dog at a shelter for 3 days. He talks a big game and then doesn’t show up and stops all communication. He should not be a part of this business.
