Great service. Friendly pick up and drop off. Communication is a little far and few in between, but that is because they're driving. When they did get back to me they put my heart at ease that my babies were being well cared for. I highly recommend them. Their pricing is very fair.

Amazing customer service ! I had a last minute flight and I could not find a plane that would take my car after I posted the ad Brandon hit me up in a matter of minutes ! And drove 14 hours to Nebraska and picked up my dog he took her to Florida and she came in one peace at first I was skeptical about this website but please don’t be Brandon communication skills are good. I’m grateful for him and his co worker.

We ran into some set backs because of the bad weather and puppy wasn’t able to be picked up or delivered on original dates. However, shipper was good about communicating and working with us, especially as they got closer. Puppy was well taken care of and arrived to us happy and safe!

Shawn was excellent in all phases of pick up and delivery. He was on time both directions even with heavy snow in Southern Oregon. I highly recommend Shawn. Our Bernise Mtn dog was happy the whole trip. Shawn kept us informed with pictures and texts.

Driver stayed in communication the entire shipment and delivered on time. They didnt just put a dog in a create and drive, they held her and spent a lot of time comforting her during the shipment. I will definitely use them agian!

Very friendly was willing to work out our payment arrangements sent plenty of pictures and got my puppy to me very fast way faster than expected other drivers wanted to charge way more and was telling me it would be 2 days before he could be brought to me I’m glad I ran into her on here and if I ever needed transportation for a pet again I would use her and refer my friends and family
