WORST DRIVER EVER!!!! Brandon failed to meet my timeline to ship my pet. After he was paid he became less responsive. Paid him on a Tuesday for my pet to be transported on Wednesday. He delayed me until Thursday. He didn't answer any of my calls or texts on Thursday morning. He finally messages me Thursday evening saying he will be coming Friday because his colleague got bit transporting another dog. I told him he as to pick uo my dog on Friday before my 11am flight. Friday morning I call and text to no reply. Brandon calls me back at 1030am saying he is on his way. I ask him for an ETA and he says he's in mississippi, so he's not going to make it to Texas in 30 minutes. So I had to ask my sister to watch my dog until Brandon arrives at night. Guess what? He never showed up and he stopped answering texts and calls from me and my sister. All our calls went straight to voicemail. Do not book with this guy. I have screenshots of call logs and texts to prove everything I'm saying is accurate about this jerk. I'm in the process of reversing the charges now.

Wayne and his wife transported all of Jack's belonging and carefully placed it in his very well organized, very clean van. I would highly recommend this couple. Oh my gosh, where to begin! ?? My friend Meagan rescued 3 pups from a cardboard box. I really wanted to help re-home one but she was all the way in Texas! (We live in Nevada ?) Then Brenda came along and answered my prayers! I didn’t think I’d be able to afford a pet transport service because I received several other quotes, which were just way out of budget. I almost lost hope. Brenda is truly an angel and we were able to negotiate getting my pup here at a price I could afford ? Brenda picked up pup early, and got her to us earlier than expected!
