I cant begin to express how happy I am with the service Shawn gave. I posted a shipment for a 6 pound puppy to travel over 1110 miles. From Mississippi to Northern Michigan. Shawn responded to me within minutes and had my puppy picked up and at my door within 24 hours of my request. He stayed in touch with me the entire time, sent me pictures of my puppy while traveling and even stayed and got to know the breeder a bit before he began his long journey. I originally was going to travel 5 hours to meet him along the way but last minute asked him to go to my door, even with this awful weather he said no problem. His bid was right in line with all the others but his response time was definitely by far the quickest and his motivation to deliver far out weighed the others. Since Dixie is dog aggressive, we needed someone who could move her by herself, and keep her away from other pups on the journey. Kimberly and Don have had experience working with rescue pitbulls before, and they had absolutely no trouble handling her. From the moment they walked in, they were absolutely great with Dixie. Kimberly and Don were also incredibly professional, and sent us regular updates and pictures along the way to keep us posted on the journey. Plus, they were able to get Dixie to Los Angeles ahead of schedule which was great! I am pleased to say this was the best experience with movers I’ve ever had . The negative reviewer has placed a bias report against the nicest team I’ve ever dealt with . My rug was securely and professionally wrapped by Lamar , delivered in top speed i. One day delivery ( 700) plus miles . If I ever need a shipping services I would book them again . First and most importantly, Steve took great care with my shipment (an antique desk and mirror) and it arrived well protected and with no damage. He was also responsive and friendly. After thoroughly reading all other reviews I was prepared to be patient and flexible. The problem was that even when i was given a specific timeline and schedule for pick up and delivery, it was never held to, which caused concern and frustration. My advice is this - if you aren't bothered by daily changes in plans by the driver, then he is a good choice, as his fee was the most competitive and he took care with my shipment. If timing is of importance or you are bothered by continual changes, pay a bit more and go with another driver.

She kept me updated with pictures, I knew her location 24/7 she arrived on time, and she exceeded all my expectations. Did I mention she drove almost 2,000 miles? If i could give 0 stars for these people i would. They are 100% a scam. They took my deposit money and NEVER MOVED MY ITEM. They preyed on me trying to move a piece of furniture from my grandmother's house who recently passed for an affordable rate. They had me use Zelle to pay the deposit saying their payment system is down that was sent in the email paperwork. This means when they do not pick up your goods and you try to get your deposit back, Zelle NOR your bank will be able to dispute it. The people at this company will hang up on you or not answer if from a recognizable number. Or if you call from another number, give you the runaround and still ultimately not give you your money back. Yes, this is THEFT! They stole my money and no services provided. They should NOT be able to be on a certified site like this. Citizen Shipper did give me the service fee back but if they allow them to be a vendor on here, they are allowing it to happen again. AVOID ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY - LACI, RAY, and DIEGO (who is supposedly the "owner"). Bad people in this world taking advantage where they can....

Laci promised her movers would pick up my things and then hold them in their warehouse for a few days until I arrived in my new city and deliver on a Monday. First her driver and his assistant miscounted my boxes which should have be a red flag, but Lacy assured me all were accounted for. The night before delivery, I emailed to double check the would be arriving the next day as planned and texted their driver. The driver, Charles, responded saying the truck had been stolen. Laci responded saying the driver had been fired but my stuff was okay. She then said as long as the weather was good the truck would leave the next day or following day. She then said my thing would arrive Tuesday between 12-5 and it did not arrive. Wednesday she said she would be coming with the driver but still gave no arrival time, only that they were packing up and then heading my way. I let them know I would not be available to receive my things because I would be at work and that they needed to arrive by 9:30am Thursday before my family member’s flight took off. They agreed to be there between 7-8am. Thursday morning around 8am, they are still several hours away and the driver is upset that no one will be home to accept the items until 6pm because he needed to be in NC and was running late. Mind you, this was all supposed to arrive on Monday! My family member cancelled their flight to be home to receive my things, costing them $300 to rebook. The driver was rude to them when he finally arrived and argued with me about calling Laci to speak about payment. I didn’t think it was right to pay the full balance because they were 4 days late and wouldn’t keep me posted on anything going on. Laci refused to discount my payment because they were so behind that they were already losing money. It’s not my fault they were running late and poorly managed and yet I’m being held financially responsible for this company’s incompetence? I don’t think so. They were poorly managed, lacking basic communication skills and rude. Do NOT hire Laci’s team. Look up their other reviews around the internet before even considering it. I wish I had been.

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with R&M. We hired them to transport our 10 week old puppy from Florida to Pennsylvania and the experience couldn't have been better. Staying in contact the whole way and sending picture updates as the trip progressed, our puppy had full attention and care throughout the trip. Having a husband and wife team in the car meant that someone was always cuddling and caring for the dog rather than in a crate in the back of the car. I highly recommend their service to anyone who has anxiety about transporting dogs by plane. A car ride with R&M is the way to go! I cannot thank you enough for the great care you showed.

HG- Yamaha Tmax 500 The driver was very good at the beginning, and also he mentioned that my bike was in the trailer the whole way!when he arrive to the house the Bike was on the back of his pick up truck, I could see the debris in front of the bike through the windshield and mirrors from the highway,and not even wrapped properly!!!! He also put a few scratches around the bike during the transportation and he denied any of those when I mentioned to him. So for you people out there just be aware because they going to say everything that you like to hear! they not gonna deliver what they say.
