Do not choose this driver! He was responsive up until the day he was supposed to pick up my puppies which made me think everything was fine. On the morning of the scheduled pickup he kept forwarding my calls and not responding to my texts. He didn't even have the decency to cancel he just disappeared. Now I'm having to deal with customer service to try and get my booking fee back while also having to book another shipper. Horrible experience! Very disappointed!

I have NOTHING but praise to give Josh! Not only did be do an amazing job communicating with me the days leading up to pickup/dropoff, but he was very thorough, extremely available, and worked so well with the breeder. Even she said she would keep his info on hand for any future transports clients may need. Puppy arrived happy and healthy, super excited - Josh even had a puppy sweater for our sweet boy considering the bitter temperature of last weekend! 5 stars is nowhere close to enough. Wow.. What can I say about this guy! Truly a class act. He was punctual, respectful, and was just all around the perfect choice for the job. He arrived early and didn't even rush me. The entire trip he kept me updated with his location, and it seemed like he was breezing by states. I felt completely worried free with this man. His prices were fare and was just a genuine nice guy. He was very friendly, helpful, and helped ease my anxiety of transporting my dogs by sending updates and photos of their journey. Tyler set up the GPS tracking, which was great for my kids to follow along the dogs journey on the map too. He really cared about the dogs and gave them so much attention on the long drive! Flying Pets did an awesome job!! We were nervous booking through the Citizenshipper site, since the site is very poorly organized and, not well managed. Citizenshipper also charges a very hefty fee on top of the fee that you book with the actual shipper. However, Flying Pets reviews and their correspondence put us at ease!! Flying Pets worked out all the details at both ends, and made sure that our dog was on a direct pre-booked flight from Denver to NYC. Rok took care of everything on the day of our dogs journey and, I highly recommend using Flying Pets!!, We had a terrific experience and will definitely use them again!!!

The couple that make up this transport service are wonderful. These good people organized a pick up of my puppy in a couple of days. And Rok had to think fast and juggle reservations when times changed on him. He got our Puppy to Salt Lake in a calm and professional way. Excellent, This company was first class from the start. They were very informative from the first time we contacted them. We moved from Texas to Florida and they out our minds at ease throughout the process. They arrived on time and made sure to give the dogs time to get to know the driver. They asked several questions prior to shipment in order to give the dogs the best care. We received text updates, picture messages, and were even able to track the van on an app the entire time! The driver was kind and affectionate to the dogs. He even walked them around the block before he loaded them in the van. We could not be more pleased with this service. We will definitely use them again.

Choosing Emi for our fur babies (1 dog, 2 cats) was the BEST decision we made during our move. Emi is understanding and flexible to pet needs during a stressful time and treated them like her own, with beds, safety harnesses, sweaters, and special treats throughout the drive. I was especially impressed with how she calmly handled our grumpiest cat, who can be a demon during new experiences. An obvious pro. Emi was highly communicative and let us know each step of the way how the pets were doing and asked before trying anything new (treats, toys, etc...) to ensure everyone was safe and having fun. Pets arrived in great shape, and our dog immediately curled up with hers at our new house for a nap. I think she was sad to see them go after such a good time :). 5 stars - strongly recommend, and happy to be a reference.
