He showed up on time and seemed to be pretty nice. We advised him ahead of time that we had snow. We live in Maine, it should be expected. He stated he didn't feel comfortable moving our big items into his van (totally fine). We asked about the smaller items, we even offered to move them into his van ourselves and still give him the full amount he requested. He told us no and that was it. Definitely frustrated as we moved our schedule around to work with his. We have to leave asap as our animals will be down there before us (now). I wouldn't say he was reliable at all.

Shane is amazing! Not only did I get my puppy in what seemed like super speed, he also kept me updated through the entire process. He isn’t someone that just picks up and drops off. He truly cares about the animals he moves. My pup didn’t do well in the kennel, so Shane let him lay in his lap for almost the whole trip. I felt like my pup got the VIP treatment that he wouldn’t have gotten if I would’ve tried to have him flown through an airline company. Worked with us to coordinate pickup of heavy furniture from storage, drive it 6 hours, and bring it in the house. Asked for half down at pick-up and remainder at delivery, which I thought was totally fair. Uses Cash App for payment. Review of Citizen Shipper The site works, but it's a bit clunky. Not as intuitive as I'd like. Lamar was helpful in walking me through it. Also, I guess I didn't read between the lines of how Citizen Shipper works/gets paid. I thought the fee Lamar quoted was the amount owed. However, when I went to book it there was a fee I paid to Citizen Shipper. I think it was around $70, but I don't know how they came up with that fee. Then we paid Lamar the amount quoted. So it cost me a bit more than I would have liked, but there's no way we could have moved this furniture ourselves and I'm glad to have it off my to do list! Thanks Lamar and CitizenShipper.

Our dog was truly treated as we would have treated her, if we were doing the driving. She did not have to be crated during the trip, he stopped frequently enough for her comfort, and she stayed in the motel room at night. He stayed in constant text contact and the pickup at the other end went flawlessly. It was obvious from the photos that were sent that our dog was never feeling stressed for the entire trip. I should start by saying thank you! Thank you so much for reuniting me with my baby boy! Tyler and Ty were seriously a blessing! They were wonderful to work with from the minute I posted my listing to get my service dog from Los Angeles to Denver. I had a tight budget to get my German Chow back and they were so kind in their inquiry and cost. I was able to get him back on a budget with 5STAR service and professionalism! Our pet is a Certified Emotional Support dog due to my daughter being an Afghanistan Veteran and has PTSD. She had to fly home urgently but there is a waiting period for a dog and her dog was left behind with a friend. We contacted Citizen Shipper and immediately chose Bryan and Nicci. We loved that Remi (the dogs name) had human contact on her journey. They posted pictures and kept in contact on their way from Seattle to MIchigan. Remi was very content when she arrived. We didn’t even end up using him. We had to cancel the shipment after being 3 days late. I understand that weather and other circumstances happen. Not a problem. The final nail was that he was supposed to be here “bright and early” at 9am and called at 10:40am to say he was an hour out. We know he was staying at a hotel an hour away. There isn’t really a good explanation for this. We (along with the people receiving him) have adjusted as readjusted our schedules to be home so that he could get picked up. We didn’t feel confident sending our dog with someone who could be so flaky, bottom line.
