Definitely, want to take the time out to send a quick review. This was my first time using & trusting someone to transport my pup. Shawn did not disappoint, I am very pleased! I highly recommend Shawn’s Mobile Pet Hotel. We really appreciate her service we got. She’s a “PAWsome” transporter for our lil fur baby. When we arrived she took the time to come and meet us. We also love that she took the time to understand the requests for our fur-baby. Her price was definitely reasonable, & she responds super quick. Not once did I feel uneasy about the service. We were concerned about how he would be in a long car ride. When we received him, he definitely seemed like he had enjoyed his little road trip & was definitely comfortable being with Shawn. This was a great experience!!

1/7/19 I just used Deborah from Premier Express Transport Service to transport my dog~ a large Newfoundland/Golden Retriever Mix ~ Jonas, for a cross country move from Northern Virginia to the San Francisco area. She was amazing. She picked up my dog in a timely fashion, kept in touch with texts and photos while crossing the country, made it in record time and my dog was happy, healthy and none the worse for the wear. He sat by her when she arrived to drop off ~ so clearly she was good to him. I would highly recommend her services. When your pet is a beloved family member ~ it means the world!! Emi was an absolute doll. She was a really nice lady who made sure my mother felt comfortable at all times during her drive, who was distressed that she had to leave her two kitties and have them sent over 800 miles. She made quick time, and kept us satisfied. If there's anyone to hire, it's definitely PeaceLovePaws. I was initially terrified of being scammed, being that I only had one shot to bring them here, but she was incredibly patient with me, and I'm glad I went with her. She's very sweet, and my kitties definitely loved her.

What I really appreciate about Daniel and Mary is their word means something to them, and that is hard to find nowadays. Emailed Receipts with confirmation # check ??, Communication with sender and receiver ??, Photos of puppies to show you how pups/animals are doing... CHeck??, Last but definitely not least quick response to any ?s you may have... Now do things sometimes not go as planned of course but they have been flawless everytime I have used them as a pet transporter.. When transporting a mouse, it feels nearly impossible but with Robyn it was an absolute breeze. She made sure to keep Eeyore, the mouse, in a comfortable temperature even though it may have felt like a sauna, gave him water through the long trip and sent check up pictures ever so often. Driver was very responsive. He is a cross country truck driver and takes great care of the animals hes transporting. He recently took our cat from La Verne, Ca to Tempe, AZ. Because Shawn is a truck driver, we have to work within his schedule (which is pretty flexible). He was great with communicating with us as to when his eta would be etc. He even gave updates on Cookie the cat on how she was doing while traveling. Thanks Shawn!

She worked with us to determine the most convenient spot for a drop-off, which was just ten minutes from home. She sent us texts and photos so we could track their progress. Charisse was absolutely wonderful. I ran into an emergency and she was able to get a booking scheduled promptly for my dog. However, later I was able to find alternative transportation, so I cancelled. But her service was absolutely impeccable and I would use Roadside Plus LLC in an instant if I needed to again. I highly recommend Roadside Plus LLC for pet shipments especially now with much tighter restrictions about breeds of dogs and cats that can go into airline cargo that virtually all US based airlines instituted just in 2018 June. Charisse's service is reliable, quick, and she will be willing to work very quickly with you. Also, the price quote that is given is very fair for the services rendered.
