Cherisse was wonderful! She was very professional and caring. When the breeder had to switch pick-up dates due to a family emergency, Cherisse went above and beyond to re-arrange pick up and drop off. Our precious little baby was well taken care of and we received pictures along the way. The tracking app was wonderful so that we knew where our little pup was along the route and we didn't have to bother the driver as much to find out how much longer etc. Cherisse got back to me within a couple of minutes anytime I contacted her during the transport of our new puppy. I am so pleased to say, Emi, aka, PeaceLovePaws, went above and beyond the service of shipping my two GSDs puppies, I could be any happier with her service. First off, her rate was extremely acceptable, working out the details of the delivery was very smooth and painless. I wanted to surprise my wife with a Christmas present, of 2 German Shepherd pups, I made arrangements with the breeder, and with Emi, PeaceLovePaws, she then contacted the breeder to make pickup arrangements for the pups. My arrangement was to have both pups delivered on Christmas Eve, around noon, Emi, PeaceLovePaws, is so easy to work with, and has the experience and love of animals that is unsurpassed by anyone . She picked up the pups, and my paperwork, and delivered them as promised as agreed upon. She had them all bathed and smelling good, with 2 big wonderful bows on them, my wife was so surprised and instantly fell in love with them. EMI PeaceLovePaws, told me about the trip, and everything I needed to know about the pups, and their behaviors. EMI PeaceLovePaws, was very informative and a wonderful person to get to know, she as stated before, totally went above and beyond what anyone would expect, she truly cares for any animals, from pickup to delivery. 5 stars is not enough for this shipper, but that's the highest they allow, I'm giving her 10 stars ! Tommy was the most reasonably priced transporter I could find on this site with great reviews. He was flexible with dates/times and was able to pick up & deliver our dog an entire day early! He picked up a 100+ pound working LGD from Colorado and delivered her to Washington State. As with all transporters he was transporting multiple dogs/puppies and managed that all really well! You can tell this isn't just a job for Tommy, he really loves dogs! He noticed another dog I had with me when I met him and asked what kind of dog he was and if he could pet him. I would highly recommend Tommy!

Although this company had good reviews when I booked them, I was skeptical about the whole process because I had never transported an animal with a company before and with it being holiday time, there were lots of scams in the news. I now have complete faith in this company and will use them for any future transportation. My dog was picked up as stated in the emails and arrived as such as well. Fatlum was very nice over the phone. He was a full day late dropping off my puppy. I understand traffic happens, but a full 24 hours late is excessive. The puppy smelled horribly and she was terrified. I have no way of knowing if it was from him or the breeder, but based on the way he was yelling at the other puppies for barking, I’m willing to bet it was from him. He also called and texted me about other shipments, very disorganized. The breeder gave him food for the puppy and he kept it. I didn’t find out until after the puppy was dropped off and the breeder asked me if he had given it to me. I wouldn’t ship with him again.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I communicated with Araya over the course of several days prior to our agreed pick up for my goldendoodles. Two days before he was due to pick up my dogs, he literally disappeared. He was not responding to my emails or messages and his phone number was disconnected. The night before he was due to pick up my doodles, he left a message through the CitizenShipper website stating that he had to cancel, car troubles. I ended up having to cancel my flight and change my plans last minute as well, which caused me to incur unnecessary expenses. I would not recommend this driver to anyone or trust him to deliver anything.

If you are looking for safe, reliable pet transport, I can tell you from experience, Sherry L. is the best! She brought my 7 week old kitten all the way down from Moorhead, Minnesota to Shepherdsville, KY just a few days before Christmas. She went through some really bad bouts of weather, snow, icy rain, slick roads, you name it. She has to be a PRO or she would never have made it. Here on the outskirts of Louisville, we were having beautiful, sunny weather and the one day she dropped the kitten off, it had poured down rain all day long! She didn't seem to mind a bit. Jay and Regina provided excellent service transporting our mixed terrier from her day care in Cincinnati to our home in Philadalephia. They were responsive, communicated well, cost effective and most importantly treated our dog like we do. I am recovering from an illness and had to leave our dog to seek medical treatment and was delighted to have them pick her up and drive directly to our home to drop her off. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would. We have never used a pet transport service before and were a bit anxious but soon realized we had nothing to worry about. I watched them pick Ruby up on the webcam at our daycare and when they met our dog, both Regina and Jay got down on the ground to greet her. Watching that made us feel really good.We got photo updates along the way. If and when we need Ruby taken or delivered anyplace in the country, we plan to reach out to Superior Pet Transit. I was very impressed with Tiffiney. She responded immediately to my request for a driver. We had rescued a Border Collie from South Korea and the only day they could ship him to us was on a day that my husband and I could not drive up to Atlanta to retrieve him. I communicated with Tiffiney our concerns and issues with adopting a pet from a foreign country. This did not faze her in the least. We agreed on a very fair price and I had to ask her to shop and purchase a few things that I thought the dog would need when he arrived. She had to wait at the airport for the courier from S. Korea to finally clear customs and then received a very happy and exhausted dog. Tiffiney took such good care of him after his 14 hour trip and then he had another 10 hours to go before he would be home. She made sure he was walked and fed and watered. We communicated throughout the drive and she let me know how things were going with him. I did not expect her to bring him to us the same day as she had already been on the road a good 20+ hours. But she arrived at midnight with a very confused but happy dog. I would not hesitate to recommend her to pick up your precious cargo and deliver it safe and sound. Dex was awesome! We purchased our puppy from a breeder on the east coast and we live on the west coast. Dex kept me updated about the well being of our dog and flight issues he encountered. The breeder also felt comfortable after the first meeting with Dex to give our puppy to him for the long flight. Overall, this was a great experience!

I could sense that she was naturally a caring pet mom and that was important to me, especially since I would be trusting my baby to a total stranger.
