I don't think I could possibly put into words how pleased I am with Antonio's service, but I will try. Our sweet Riley James is a 9 year old Brittany Spaniel/Australian Shepherd mix who has lots of anxiety, doesn't travel well, and is obsessed with his family. (a nice way of saying he's very clingy lol 🫠) So, I was very worried about his nationwide journey, as he needed to be transported from Florida all the way to California. I read through 30+ offers/bids, on Citizen Shipper and I am so glad I chose to go with Paws and Pals. Antonio sent me his GPS location at almost every stop and I appreciated the fact that most of his stops were at Love's Truck Stops because they have mini-dog parks at most location, meaning Riley could walk around, leash free, and do his own thing. Antonio send videos and photos, all throughout the journey and, even though it took a little more travel time than anticipated, Riley was delivered safely and he was a happy boy! My heart could not be happier and we are so grateful to Antonio! Tip: Pack extra food, just in case! I prepared enough baggies, for each of Riley's meals, to cover 5 days, even though the trip was estimated to take 4 days. So glad I did that because the trip ended up taking 5 days and Riley had what he needed without Antonio having to scramble. If I ever needed to get a beloved furry family member to anywhere in this world, I would choose Antonio over and over. Five Stars - Excellent Service!

Kara did a great job with our new pup Cosmo. She kept us updated and was in constant contact throughout the journey. He traveled over 2000 miles and she fed him and walked him and took great care of him the entire trip. Kara will always be the one I call if I am ever in need of another transport.

I would not ever use these services again. The communication was horrible like the worst I’ve ever experienced. They take hours and hours to respond to you, they respond with short one/two word answers. Then to top that off, they never completed my delivery because there was supposedly a storm day of my delivery and they let me know that morning they wouldn’t be able to come for 2 days. Like you didn’t know a storm was coming?? It was just horrible, please use someone else.

Successfully delivered my dog, however Yvonne advised it would be a straight through trip since it was her and her husband but they stopped overnight twice for 5+ hours. I basically had to beg for her to share her location with me, and then when they entered the state she stated " I voluntarily share my location with me" which I understand however I am paying you for a service. Before booking her I would first get clarity on what she means by " a straight through delivery for your pet"

Christian was incredibly competent and patient with my brood of animals (2 dogs, 3 cats) that he transported for us from California to our new home in Michigan. Everyone arrived safely. I only wish my pups could tell us the sights they saw but Christian kept us updated on their adventures with photos of the journey! Christian's service meant so much to all of us. I would use him again!

Was really nervous about getting my pit out here to CO from GA. After a little research stumbled on this site. More than a little hesitant trusting a random to transport my “son.” One of the best decisions I’ve made yet. The communication was A+. Always kept me upto date with everything. Even before and after transport he excelled in maintaining contact. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to transport my pup. He has a pit that travels with him so I felt like that really helped with my dog. 10/10 would use this fellow’s service every time.

If I could give Heather a million stars, I would. She went above and beyond to arrange a smooth transition for my dad's dog from his assisted living facility to another home. My plans were in flux until the last minute, but we stayed in contact throughout, and I greatly appreciated her flexibility (even when there was a change in destination!). Heather has decades of pet care experience and didn't bat an eye at administering meds or feeding special diets. CitizenShipper has lots of professional drivers who are pet friendly. Heather is the rare CitizenShipper who is a pet care professional who happens to drive. Highly recommended.
