Jason provided a great experience. Despite having issues with the citizen shipper app that delayed us getting connected, he did everything he could to reach out and once we got connected everything was seamless. He did a great job staying in touch before the transport, so that I knew exactly when he was arriving for pickup. Throughout the trip he sent me status updates and pictures to let me know how my dog was doing. Drop-off time was exactly what he anticipated and my dog arrive happy and in good spirits. I would highly recommend using Jason for your pet transportation needs!

I cannot recommend Arne enough! He transported my two Jack Russells from New York to South Florida and went above and beyond every step of the way. He treated and loved my pups like they were his own, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the entire trip. Arne shared his live location with me and sent videos and updates along the way, and it was so reassuring to see how happy, comfortable, and well cared for my dogs were. He was incredibly accommodating and provided true door-to-door serviceāeven navigating New York traffic to make the entire process as easy as possible for us! I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I will absolutely use Arne again for any future pet transportation needs and will recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, reliable, and genuinely wonderful with animals.

. MysticGuardian went above and beyond to accommodate us. Due to multiple flight issues, our flights were canceled three different times, causing delays in our dogsā pickup. She was incredibly understanding and worked with us every step of the way. She kept us updated throughout the trip, sending photos and regular updates during the drive, which gave us so much peace of mind. Her communication, flexibility, and genuine care were outstanding. I truly couldnāt recommend her more and would absolutely trust her with our pets again.

Excellent service. Janna was very professional and helpful. I was recently injured and had to move for a new job; because of my injury and the heat wave moving my dogs had become a bit of an issue. I put in a bid and Janna was the most budget friendly option; she was honest and open in saying that she was new but willing to go above and beyond for a good review. She not only went above and beyond but also ensured my 2 dogs (Husky and GSD) were comfortable and cared for the entire 4-5 hour trek. She sent constant updates and pictures and allowed me to track her location using the Life360 app. She handled the drop off like a pro (even the small mix up). Overall I can not recommend her enough; she is professional, caring about dogs snd very well with communication. She gave me complete peace of mind about my dogs during what was a very chaotic and stressful move.

I am extremely satisfied with the whole transport experience with A Worthy Ride. They were very responsive and timely to my questions and texts and unbelievably took only 2 1/2 days to transport my pet from Florida to Los Angeles. The fee was extremely reasonable and the driver was so nice and professional that even the people he picked the dog up from mentioned how nice he was. I would definitely recommend them and definitely use them again!

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with having anything transported. Marq was amazing at communicating through the entire process. He was reassuring to the family I got my dog from and made me feel confident I could trust him. He treats his deliveries as if they are his own pets and is very punctual. My dog was already attached to him by the time he was delivered. Marq is kind and professional and has my highest recommendation. I will definitely be using them again for any future pets.

Terrible customer service skills who makes a pick up window going into 11 pm on any day wonāt send out confirmations until close to midnight ā¦ā¦ makes verbal promises that he has no plan on keeping then tells you it was in the contract he agreed to a pick up date before I paid after I paid he completely flipped the script I know you think your saving a few bucks booking him I can guarantee you he charges for food anything additional and heās very RUDE I would rate him a negative 5 but it wonāt allow me I wouldnāt trust this company with a penny of my time or money they write small prints make you sign 15 page contract then the drop off was around 8pm-12am MIDNIGHT!!!!!!! Monster of a company I suggest jazzys for 200 more your dog is secure she does accurate timing pricing and overall she cares about her customers
