Leanis and her fiancĂŠ did a great job with our dog Nerd. They were able to provide constant updates throughout the transport and even went out of their way to ensure he ate. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have an animal transported. They also share their location so you can track your pet the entire duration of the trip! I would highly recommend them and would use them in the future if needed!

Omg! This woman is absolutely terrible, and needs to be banned! Sheâs extremely impulsive, and I have all of our messages. So, I didnât even book her, and she went to the address that I was inquiring about! I asked her not leave yet, but she already did! Then, she tells me that I am going to need to pay for the kennel even though on her profile it says she provides kennels. I told her I planned to pay in cash and that was fine, then she gets there with the seller, and calls me telling me that she has my dog, and I need to send her the money via Venmo by 4 PM today. I told her I did not have Venmo, and we then agreed on Paypal. She never sent me her Paypal information. She shows up with my dog asking for cash!!! I told her I did not go to the ATM because she said she wanted the money electronically. She would not release my dog! This woman is awful, and I regret booking with her!!!

Wow!!!! Home Sweet Home Pet Delivery was just simply AMAZING. I do not have word to express my level of satisfaction. Terry, the owner and transporter, was extremely prompt, professional, and caring. He constantly updated me on my pets and the locations throughout the trip. He sent videos of the pets and his GPS locations continuously, up until the delivery was complete. I was so nervous and worried about my babies, but Terry took away all of my anxiety. So for anybody who needs to transport their pets, I highly recommend Home Sweet Home Pet Delivery.
