I would give more than 5 stars if available! Monica not only went above and beyond but there was no delay or any issues with my transport of my pet Ginger! She worked with me on date, time and location. I updated 3 times on her and she still was on time and delivered Ginger for a total of a 16 hour drive! I received constant updates and Monica is absolutely lovely to work with! Iāve never used the service before so for a first time user I could not have asked for a better experience! If you are looking for a reliable , friendly and experienced person for your pet choose Monica, M&M transport!!

Very nice person for small dog transport. Too many dogs in the car with our dogs. Very sparce communication and no location update provided until well over 24 hours late. Delivery should have been after 26 to 40 hours but took 4 days.

I booked the delivery. On the day the driver was supposed to pick up the shipment, he asked for the payment upfront. When I told him that I would pay upon delivery, he stopped responding and did not answer my messages or calls. He let both the sender and me down and didnāt even notify us that he was no longer going to fulfill his delivery commitment.
