From the initial contact to the final delivery, everything was smooth and professional. Throughout the trip, Sam sent short videos to keep me updated on my dog's progress, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He arrived on time, and my dog looked happy and comfortable the entire journey. The level of care and attention Sam provided was outstanding. They did an outstanding job moving a delicate (and heavy) piece of audio gear from Tennessee to Pennsylvania. They were very easy to work with and communicated throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the service! He was able to transport my puppy from Ohio to Florida on very short notice, which was a huge relief. Throughout the entire trip, he kept me updated with photos, GPS location tracking, and regular communication, so I always knew how my puppy was doing. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and, most importantly, truly cared about my puppy. When they arrived, it was obvious how comfortable and well cared for my puppy had beenâhe wasn't even eager to leave his arms!
