Very nice, kind and friendly. It is clear that they love animals. My dog looked was very happy to be with them which made me happy and reduced my anxiety. Barbara and I had planned for her to bring my cat to me via driving. She was very accommodating when I had to reschedule for the next year, due to having been in a massive 7.7 earthquake in Mandalay where I lived. We were on track for a delivery in June of 2026, and then Barbara stopped communicating with me. My deposit by Citizen Shipper was not returned, nor was my deposit to Barbara. Unfortunate situation.

I was a bit nervous sending my dog on a long road trip with a complete stranger. I had to move my dog from San Diego to Denver and put my trust in God that all would be o.k. Alan was so wonderful throughout the entire trip, sending me photos and videos of my sweet dog along their journey. My dog suffers a great deal from anxiety and you could tell she was so happy and peaceful with Alan. 100% recommend him to care for your loved ones. He earned my trust!
