Friendly, affordable and fast service. My dog was taken care of very well. During transport there was constant communication letting me know how she was doing. Photos and videos were also sent. My pet was delivered happy and well taken care of.

David provided responsible delivery service to us. Even his truck broke down prior to pick-up date, he managed to re-arrange our boat delivery using different vehicle and made it happen this way. So, good overall rating. Another general comment on CitizenShipper experience: The site operates well, but I wish the company would announce their stand-alone fee ahead of time. In my case, this fee was a significant 20% on top of negotiated delivery price and it was pronounced only after the delivery was set-up and deposit paid.
