Wow! I cannot express enough how wonderful Shay and Dmytro are! Such kind hearted individuals. They transported my bearded dragon from Florida to Oklahoma. For the entirety of the trip they communicated and reassured my little buddies safety. Honestly, these people are the BEST. I recommend anyone reading this to book with them. This transport was a nightmare. Breeders do not use them for your puppies. My puppy was completely healthy for 8 weeks in my possession. Received vaccination and deworming before he left my property. Had no history of seizures. Parents had no history of seizures. My puppy spent a few hours with this lady and sheâs reporting he had a seizure. I asked her for details on how this happened and she refused to give an explanation. She refused to send videos of the puppy. She complained about me not sending food when she advertised that she provided food. I asked her to bring the puppy back to me and she didnât want to. Malinois pups are extremely active and can be annoying to someone that doesnât know how to handle them. I have 2 of his litter mates right now and neither one of them had a seizure. The only difference between them and the puppy being transported is the person caring for the puppies. Get out of the puppy transportation business if you canât provide customers with a safe, peaceful and professional experience! His litter mates are completely fine while heâs having a seizure. Doesnât make any sense. I donât feel that your puppies are safe in this ladyâs possession. Your puppy can leave healthy and end up at the vet for something that has never happened before. Please be careful and choose your transporters wisely.

Tina at AVL Transport did an outstanding job transporting our 60lb Golden Retriever, Sunny, from Virginia to Washington. She was communicative throughout the trip, kept us updated, and delivered right on schedule. Sunny arrived happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for the whole way. Beyond the great service, Tina was accommodating with our scheduling needs and her pricing was the best we found for a cross-country transport. Highly recommend her if you need a reliable, trustworthy pet transporter. We couldn't be happier!

Melissa was fantastic throughout the whole process, we could not fault her one bit. Due to our circumstances we were back in England arranging for our beloved dog Nala to be transported to Denver which due to the distance and time difference from England to America my wife and I were very anxious, Melissa not only made Nala feel comfortable who is also quite nervous but she updated me every step of the way with messages and videos. She was professional throughout and really put us at ease she kept Nala safe and comfortable, she made the whole process from collection to drop off smooth. I would recommend to anyone thinking of using. Thank you again for treating our dog with such care and being a true professional throughout thank you!

Hands down the best driver for our pets!!! Super kind and knowledgeable. I was terrified of doing this because one of my dogs is in pain from some terrible arthritis and the other one is a large ball of anxiety. He made sure to give me plenty of updates, made their space comfy and was just wonderful. Thanks for everything. My pups are back home and happy ad can be. My husband was even surprised at how hapoy they were because they often come back from boarding super crazy.
