The process of securing a flight from where the pet transporter lived to the destination to get my cat was problematic. The problems occurred when the airline changed the flight or the flight was cancelled due to weather or the pet transporter was delayed from being somewhere else. Communication between my cat's caretakers and the Express Pet was not always timely; this, of course caused more challenges for them, and a heck of a lot of stress for all of us. Finally, on July 14, Pet Express arrived with Mish Mish at the Las Vegas International Airport, and I picked her up. I am grateful for that she was alive and well and overall grateful for Rob at Pet Express.

Aaron was absolutely amazing. He worked with me on the price because I spent every cent I had trying to save a pound puppy. He made sure she was comfortable the entire way, from California to South Carolina. Aaron stayed in contact with me the entire time and was very considerate of the time differences. He took her to parks every day and through the ball for her. He even checked in a week later to make sure she was settling into her new home. I already know my puppy misses him. With aaron , you're not just getting a transporter, You're getting someone you can call a friend that truly cares as much as you do about your pet. Not once did I have to worry about if they're being treated badly or getting enough food or getting enough exercise. I will absolutely use him again if I need another transporter.

Absolutely incredible from top to bottom. Not only was the communication excellent, but he also sent numerous pictures of my pup and provided constant updates throughout the drive on how he was doing. He made extra stops just to make sure my dog had plenty of opportunities to get out and walk. Drew is incredible he even shared his live location with us throughout the trip. Don’t hesitate to book him!

Sending our pet by vehicle across country with a stranger was a scary idea. When our puppy saw that a stranger was trying to take her away, she was initially very unhappy. My wife and I were sad. However, from the photos we could see that after a very short time our puppy came to enjoy the trip and the time walking at the various stops. We relaxed. By the time our puppy arrived at her training home, she wanted to get back in the car and continue the trip. We 100% recommend Paws Door to Door! They stayed in contact, shared photos, and our puppy was truly happy.
