They were great!

Working with Kris ! Was so easy and made the whole process smooth for me(breeder) and the puppy owner I will definitely be using her again .

Carolyn transported two bunnies for me from WA to NC. She offered the best bid and did the trip in just a few days. There was just one dog being transported with my buns so she was able to give them lots of attention making sure they had food and water and cleaning out the carriers. I was able to track her location the whole trip and she kept me posted on how they were doing. Would definitely recommend using her for your transporting needs.

We moved back to the US after being abroad for 4 years with our two dogs and learned that our vizsla was too large to put on an airplane for the second leg of our trip, Miami to San Francisco. I went into panic mode and posted on Citizen Shipper. We were so fortunate to have reached out to Elizabeth who picked Tango up the day after we began communicating. Great communication, organization and especially TLC to Tango. He is an exceptionally active dog and they stopped regularly during their trip to play fetch. Elizabeth even bared the devastating storms in Texas to get the job done. Highly recommend and a big thank you.

Our original transporter cancelled on us 3 days before we were supposed to depart our location without any notice. Annie came through for us and was very communicative during the trip. Annie was/is absolutely AMAZING!!! Words cannot express how AMAZING she really is!! She took such great care of our dogs and treated them as if they were her own! If I could give Annie 10/10 stars…I would!! Annie…from the bottom of my heart…THANK YOU for taking such great care of our dogs and getting them both home safely to us!!! Will definitely be using you again in the future.

I would 100% use Citizen shipper again. She was great with communicating when she would pick up, drop off and communicated along the way also. She took great care of my puppy and was very serious in the safety of the dogs. Would recommend her and hopefully can use her again.

I was extremely satisfied with Annie’s services she was so kind from the beginning to the end my dogs where so comfortable with her they left with no issues the whole trip she maintained me informed with pictures location and quick message on how they where doing I would definitely go through her again any time I need my pups re located thank you soooo much we appreciate you very much 1000%

Andrew was amazing! He traveled from AZ to FL with my two dogs. Sent pictures and updates. Stopped at dog parks and my dogs arrived safely. Would use him again if needed. Unbeatable price.
